    Total scam. I ordered a phone they won't let me activate for no reason given. Time to contact the GA DA about this company! Their customer service is the worst I've experienced.

    I qualified for their free Lifewireless program; So; I paid their ****. They sent me a new phone with a BROKEN **** card already inserted. I called CS to activate and then complained the phone wasn't activating so after 2 days they gave me the run around then said if it was defective, I could mail it back or try a new **** card, it cost me ****. It did not help so I mailed the phone back with a note saying ATT, ******** and other carriers EXCEPT: Trac phone and ******* would NOT WORK in my area. So what did they send? An ATT phone saying I requested it! I called CS again and told them I did NOT request it, the note rejected ATT. They wanted to argue and said I HAD to use that phone so I told them in a not so nice way to cram the phone and I mailed it back! They are the crappiest company I have ever dealt with.
