              03/23/24 False advertising in prize mailers sent out for IRS sale. Mailers says you win. Fine print says prize is won when you bring the flyer in to the location to verify the confirmation number. It doesn’t say it has to match. I spent fuel and time based on a certain amount of return.

              We just went to look and see what they had that we might like. We were pushed into a Chevrolet trax2021. It smelled of cig. smoke they said they could get it out. I ask three times what the price was they acted like they couldn't hear. We traded a 2012 juke with a little over 100000 miles on it and 3000.00 and we ended up paying like the Trax was a new car. We went back on Monday to return it. We were talked to like we were stupid. We said we wanted our Juke back and leave the Trax. He said we couldn't do that. I told him what we needed done to the Trax. There was no book on it we needed one. He said to buy one online. I ask him to fix the broken part on the seat he said no. I told him that they ripped us off. he told us to leave, or he would call the Police on us. And if we left the Trax, they would sell it and what they didn't get out of it we would have to pay. We live on a fixed income and it's not like we can just give our money away. The salesman told us it would a 60-month loan when I got home, I was looking over the contract and it was for 84 months. Just another lie. Just to let everyone know if you go to buy a car at Edd Kirby Chevrolet in Dalton Ga just know all they care about is to sale a car no matter what they have to lie about. BEWARE
