    I would not take your car to Pyekia. There tech department lacks to the knowledge to repair electric cars. I have taken two different electric cars two them. The first one was there over a year and it was so bad with their incompetence that KIA of USA had to reimburse me for the lost usage of my car. The second one I have their which is currently there is going on 5 months. The tech their messed my car up that it will not not drive. It was driving just fine before it came into the shop and now they do not know what is wrong with it. That car came in with an air issue. I will not take my car to them and suggest that if you need repairs do not go to them.

    April 29 2024 I took my 2016 Kia Rio in for 2 factory recalls to Pye Kia in Dalton Ga. It is now June 1 and they still have not fixed my car. They won't even take my calls any more. They said when they tried to down load the new computer software onto my computer that the car thought that someone was trying to steal it and now it won't go into gear. It's ironic because the recall was because it was so easy for someone to steal it. I requested they just buy my car for blue book value but they keep saying they are waiting for the tech people to call and tell them how to fix it. I don't know what to do. The car was running when I took it to them and now it's not. I am elderly and can't afford to buy another car. This is so wrong and I need help. No stars at all.

    My first new car and this has been the worse experience of my life. Car was towed there and never returned. They stated my car was picked up by a tow truck and taken somewhere and no one seems to know where. Almost two months later it was discovered by detectives my car was just dumped in a church parking lot. Very shady company per Kia of Chattanooga and boy were they right. No one was helpful and they were extremely rude. Greg B****, Nancy were so nasty. So much for customer service. Thank goodness for social media and lawyers to sort this nightmare out.
