  I am totally disappointed. I hired these people for an unlawful termination. The attorney ****** was uninterested would not answer my questions and when he did he did not relate to me as a person. It is not by mistake but by design why his initials are the same as the first letters in ****************** I do not recommend these attorneys they will take money from a disabled veteran who served in **** and ****** and left me to defend my own case.

  We hesitate to respond to ************** as he has made veiled threats against us in the past and do not want to re-engage the situation.  As you can see from the attached email, ************** terminated our services, we do not "drop" him as a client.  ************** also made many wild accusations including stating **************** was in the ***************** because his Initials were AB. At that time, ************** also notified the **** that we no longer represented him.  Several days later ************** asked us to represent him again, and we declined based upon his previous comments.  We represented ************** properly at all times, in fact, we waived ****************** remaining balance at the time her terminated our services, so that we could put this matter behind us.  However, any posting that states that **************** is a member of the ***************** will have to be dealt with accordingly.

  These people participated in a larger plot against me. Similar to ambulance chasing they called me without having any prior relation trying to get me to retire. I entered an agreement with the understanding that I would be undated, the process would be explained, and there would be open communications. None of the above occurred and I was ignore. I simply explained to the Vaughn Law-firm if the they were not available to converse through email that I am available to return to Georgia and have a sit down. I tried to explain to ****** the nature of the work with the government and how there were continuing actions directed towards myself with bad actors intentionally interfering with my daily activities with the intention of provoking negative emotions and reactions. All the Vaughn lawyers did was bill me with me left defending my self. They failed to provide an explanation of how they came across my case and now is attempting to exploit a disabled veteran in which I served the nation in the war against terror only to come home to face terror and torment.

  The law-firm is proving my point exactly and this is the most fighting that they have done towards my case and it is against me. The lawyers had previous knowledge of my trauma from being in extremely violent environment serving the people of ***************** in combat and to add on top of it trauma from the situation surrounding my case and the escalating and extreme circumstances I was in. The lawyer failed to even read what I stated in my case file because it was plain as daylight that I was going through a crisis. When I tried to update the lawyer and get advice I was ignored,then I became terrified, isolated, and taken advantage of. That is all those messages prove with me begging for help in a situation I had no idea how to handle or control. However, my anxieties and intuitions came fruition when violent activities did occur surrounding my case and people died not by my hands. I reported my findings to the *** and the local police. Nevertheless, I never gave this company and right to contact me. Where is your contact order? From what I am gathering they are attempting to utilize this opportunity for me to expose specific elements of my case for whoever told them to contact me in the first place. My opinion is just that and it is what I believe based on deductive reasoning.

  We properly and ethically handled ****************** case.  His wild accusations against us are entirely without merit and do not warrant further response.
