    Quality Septic Repair came to my home July 30th, 2024 and preformed a drain field repair on my septic system. The repair was said to be under a 5 year warranty. When the repair had a possible failure on September 26th, 2024, the company told me that they would be dispatching a crew on September 27th, 2024 to assess the situation and that any repair related to the original work would be covered under warranty. On September 27th, the crews were not able to be dispatched due to road closures and inclement weather. They informed me that an administrative employee would call me that afternoon or the morning of the following day(September 28th) to schedule a good time. The morning of September 28th, they would not answer my calls or texts. when they do answer the phone, they immediately hang up. I am unable to leave voicemails. I would like to receive a refund from the company so that I can employ a trusted repair service to repair my septic system. I have a 96 year old grandfather living with me that is currently unable to reside in the home due to the extent of damage from hurricane ****** on the septic system. This is beyond unprofessional and the actions of this company cannot continue to be inconsequential.

    To Whom It May Concern,
    I am ****** *******, President of Quality Septic. I would like to begin by noting that we originally responded to this complaint in September 2024. Our customers, ****** and ******** ********, located at ********************************************************, are currently satisfied clients and are in the process of replacing their septic system drain fields with Quality Septic as of February 17, 2025.
    In response to the initial complaint from September 2024, we attended to the ******** emergency service request on September 28, 2024, after their septic system backed up due to the torrential rainfall caused by Hurricane ******. Upon inspection, we informed the customers that the necessary ********************** tank pumping was due to flooding from the hurricane and, therefore, was not covered under warranty.
    We provided a quote of $500 for the pumping service, but the customers were dissatisfied with the fact that this service was not covered under warranty. Our records indicate that our techniciansJohn *******, ******* Kotze, and ****** Chamberswere dispatched on September 28, 2024, to address their emergency, and we have attached supporting documentation confirming the service details.
    Additionally, we have included time-stamped and dated photos demonstrating that we recently serviced the ******** property again last week. Any previous concerns have been fully resolved, and our relationship with the customers remains in good standing.
    Please find attached all relevant documentation supporting our response. If any further clarification is needed, we are happy to provide additional information.

    From a week ago I have phone calls and messages about a bill that was over due that was placed on automatic withdrawal from my CC account. When I called the bank I was told sometimes at the beginning of the year I would have to reauthorize. After communication. I get a charge for $140.00 for a sewer line replacement costing $5,000.00 vs the field line replacement that was rendered that has been in payment for well over a year that has a robbery payment of ******** left. Two things one, how did the conversation go from an established account to a account from March 2022 sent today.Second why is there a copy in the system a year ago on a service that was never preformed. After a call once posting payment then a call after no call back. I was told that management is discussing the payment, correction and billing. No ETA on clarity. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. ****am called 310 called ****** text ********************
