From a week ago I have phone calls and messages about a bill that was over due that was placed on automatic withdrawal from my CC account. When I called the bank I was told sometimes at the beginning of the year I would have to reauthorize. After communication. I get a charge for $140.00 for a sewer line replacement costing $5,000.00 vs the field line replacement that was rendered that has been in payment for well over a year that has a robbery payment of ******** left. Two things one, how did the conversation go from an established account to a account from March 2022 sent today.Second why is there a copy in the system a year ago on a service that was never preformed. After a call once posting payment then a call after no call back. I was told that management is discussing the payment, correction and billing. No ETA on clarity. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. ****am called 310 called ****** text ********************

Hi, I contacted Quality Septic back in December 2021 to service my septic system. Upon arrival the workers took pictures that were to detail work needed. I spoke with a representative for Quality Septic that explained what I needed based on the findings. I told the rep that what was being described I had already had that service completed by another company. I was assured that what they would do would be something other than what I had and would come with a 5 year warranty. I was quoted a staggering $5900. I agreed to the amount based on me being told I needed it. The first crew to arrive pumped out my tank and lines. The lady name ********* that worked for Quality Septic, also the lady that told me what services was needed, Said the cleaning would be a standard $150 but due to overage $550. No again, if I decide to get all needed work done it would be $5900. So the strongly suggested to be needed $5900 route was taken. Once the first two guys cleaned the tank and left a day or so later I was asked if I was pleased. "What about the rest of the work?" They failed to send someone to do the big job. A few calls later and the second team was in route. The 2nd team arrived and told me that I did not need the scheduled work for it had already been done. I told them I tried to explain that to *********. The 2nd team called the Quality Septic office and explained I did not need the work for it had already been done. I thought great! I can get my money back for the over payment. That has proven to be difficult. A worker from the 2nd team gave me the owners phone number. I spoke with the owner *********************. he assured me he would get me refunded what was owed and come back next year to see exactly what my septic system may need. I got a refund of $3800 and was still charged $2100 for a pumping service. All calls, text messages, emails have been ignored by *********************. Over charged and based on pictures my tank was not over the limit but at the limit.

      Dear ******************,

At Quality Septic, we are committed to delivering top-notch service and maintaining open and sincere communication with our customers. We understand your concern and would like to provide a comprehensive explanation to clarify the charges applied to your service.

Your home was experiencing a septic tank failure with a sewage backup, which necessitated urgent attention. Our technicians performed a thorough assessment, capturing multiple photographs to diagnose the issue accurately. The pictures indicated an 'overfilled' septic tank, signified by the sewage level surpassing the baffle tee, and a significant accumulation of sludge and grease. **** excessive buildup, resulting from years of usage, was so substantial that it damaged your drain field, leading to the sewage backup and spillage inside your home.

In response to these critical conditions, we provided seven out of eight quoted services:

Septic tank pumping: **** standard procedure is necessary for maintaining a healthy septic system. In your case, we pumped out a ****-gallon tank.

Overfilled fee: Your septic tank, designed to hold **** gallons under normal conditions, was overfilled due to drain field failure.

Excessive sludge fee: **** fee arises when the septic tank displays signs of misuse or lack of maintenance, such as excessive sludge, grease, or waste buildup.

Sewer line unclogging: We removed a blockage in the sewer line that was preventing sewage flow into the septic tank.

Sewer line jetting: Post unclogging, we performed this preventive maintenance to remove any residual buildup that could cause future blockages.

Drain field back pumping: Due to the failure of the drain field, it was necessary to drain thousands of gallons of stagnant sewage, attempting to rectify the saturated conditions causing the failure.

Enzyme and root treatment: Our team applied an enzyme to your septic system to rejuvenate the drain field that had been failing due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or excessive water usage.

The eighth service - tail line repair - was initially included but was found unnecessary upon further inspection once the septic system was pumped down. Our crew discovered that the tail line was intact and promptly communicated this to you. Accordingly, we refunded the cost of this service ($3800.00), as we only charge for the services rendered.
The remaining balance of $2100.00 covers the seven services that we successfully performed and are essential for restoring your septic system's health.
We empathize with your situation, but please understand that these charges reflect the extent of work performed on your septic system. We encourage you to contact our main office directly through the number provided on our estimates and invoices for any further discussion or to dispute the charges. Regrettably, personal cell phones or emails may not ensure a prompt response.
We value your business and are committed to resolving this issue responsibly and professionally.

      Kind regards,

      Quality Septic Team
