If i could give them 0 stars I would... My son purchased a vehicle from these scammers on May 26, 2023 by May 30, 2023 the car started having issues, the fan stayed on even after the car was turned off which kept killing the battery. He took the car back and they did fix it...Now here it is on 06/06/2023 my son car shut off on him on the highway while he was coming home. He had to tow his car to the house which cost him $190. Now on yesterday my son called the dealer who sold him this 2010 Buick Lacrosse, The guy came out and act like he cared and acted like he was trying resolved the issue which I knew he was full of s*** I showed him what was wrong with my son car from my car reader , He called his mechanic guys who pulled up acting like they knew what was wrong with the car, I showed them the codes and the still ignored what was wrong, Not only was the car showing codes but the engine was bone dry and it had a leak...My son put 1 quart of oil in the car which leaked out while he had a second person tow his car to the dealership...Now this where the problem got very upsetting...My son paid the tow driver to drop his car off to the dealership and this same person who told my son to bring the car there turn them away and told them to bring the car back to my son and slammed the door in they face. Now I am getting involved and if my son money is not returned i will contact the **************************** at the ****************** of *** because he is selling Lemon cars and Its still a LAW IN GEORGIA ABOUT SELLING LEMON CARS TO PEOPLE. Now we can pay for court cost if need be sir!!! Don't Buy any Cars from this place and I will be reporting this business to the BBB as well. I will make it my business to get this business shut down if I have too. He paid *****,**** is now avoiding my text and calls, as well as in-person visit to the dealership.

The customer came in to purchase the vehicle in which he was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and check it out. Upon the customer inspecting the vehicle he stated the vehicle was good and proceeded to make the purchase. The car was a preowned vehicle and was sold "AS IS NO WARRANTY" in which we have the signed paperwork from the customer acknowledging that. After the customer bought the vehicle he did attempt to tow the vehicle in at his own expense because we do not cover towing. However, when the vehicle was sent to the mechanic shop the mechanic who was suppose to receive it was not informed a vehicle was coming and the mechanic would not receive the vehicle, it was not the dealership that refused to receive it.  However, we believe in satisfying our customers, but unfortunately the dealer who sold the vehicle went on vacation, which why when the customer called his cellphone they did not get answer. However, when the dealer came back in town the following week, he proceeded to attempt to help get the matter taken care of. However the customer's mother called and made threats, yelling and cursing, so therefore she was told the car was bought "as without a warranty". After a few days later the mom finally came to the office in a calm manor after reading over the signed paperwork her son received for the purchase of the vehicle and the dealer proceeded to help them with their issue. It was discovered that a part had broken on the engine causing the oil leak, in which the car was driven until it came to complete stop which caused the engine to mess up and go out. Just to be clear prior to purchasing the vehicle there was nothing wrong with the engine of the vehicle when the car left the lot on the day of purchase, however we understand that things can happen, but we are not selling lemon vehicles to customers, that is why we allow them to come in and check them out and bring their own mechanic if they choose too. Being that we stand behind our business and we value our customers, despite the "as is no warranty", we decided to allow the customer to be traded into another car of equal value of the previous purchased vehicle even though the vehicle was bought AS without a warranty. The customer selected another vehicle and  left the dealership satisfied. So therefore, the issue has been resolved and the customer is now satisfied.
