    Some businesses should not be allowed to operate. They are a load on the society and the general public has to bear the brunt of the existence of such business. Hopeless staff, total bullyish behavior. They have no regard to the list of materials in the contract, they do whatever they want. Start aggressively asking for tips, leave stuff, break things. Take my stuff as gifts. Openly use bad language. Nobody should every do business with them. Try to evade compensating for breach of contract, bad service and mental torture.

    Never had such a horrible moving company experience. This Fox Moving is located in *********, **. They lost and destroyed my belongings. I would give them zero stars if I could. When I signed the release waiver I did not realize that when I unpacked my fine art there was one very expensive original painting missing which they could not locate. They also lost other art work as well. I received an item that did not belong to me which I told the man moving me to take back. They would not compensate me for the painting because I signed the waiver. They gave me minimum compensation for the damaged furniture. They were totally unprepared when they came, I had ordered them to do the packing and the men who came did not know about it and had to wait for the packing materials to be brought, They did not pack my furniture properly, therefore I had damaged furniture and broken mirrors. It took too long since 2 men kept taking breaks. Even a neighbor commented how they were just sitting around. I have already gave them a negative ****** review right after the move. I realized I should have done the BBB review sooner to warn people of the horrible business this is. My move took place year ago. Please do not use this unreliable, disreputable company if you cherish your belongings and your peace of mind.

    I totally made a bad choice in selecting this company. I looked online and read there so-called "Mover's Guide", and "prep rules" and felt I was with a safe and professional company. Not so! I requested three (3) movers to assist me with my items. The truck was three (3) hours late, only two (2) men arrived, and they seem to be in disagreement with one another. I paid for packing and they would only pack if I told them to do so. My ************** (brand new) was upstairs and I caught one guy preparing to roll it down stairs and I had to yell at him; at that pointe, the other guy came running in. I was like I need ya'll to wrap my brand new washer and dryer and take care of my investment. They removed a door from the bedroom without having to and then dented the door with my chair arms because they failed to ask for assistance on how to remove it. It was one thing after another and I have pictures. Run from this company. They even took my belongings without asking for it. They cost me more money because guy was like your storage doesn't have enough room. I rented an additional based on his ignorant knowledge. So, as I was doing that they were sleeping in the truck. It never got any better. I am praying my furniture is not ruined.

    We are so sorry to hear you were unhappy with our services. Our records indicate that we moved you back in February. After some digging into the matter we do not have any record that you reached out to us after your move to let us know that there were any issues with our services. This is the first we have heard of any of these troubles. We do have a customer service team and claims process to follow to be able to resolve these matters. On the day of services, one of our moves called in sick so we were one mover short for your three movers that were requested. However, we did reduce our pricing down to our two mover rate. Our arrival window is **** am, using the *** tracker in our truck, it looks like our truck arrived at 9:30 that morning. Please reach out to our office if you would like to follow through with the claims process.

    Selecting this company was the worst decision made. They took over 9 hours to move a two bedroom townhome. The only major appliances moved were a washer and dryer. They didn't even know how to take a bed apart. They brought a young kid and tried to bill us for three people, but the kid did nothing. $1500 was definitely robbery, but the company will eventually regret treating customers like they treated me.

    This was a move for a *****************************, performed on Sunday, November 13th, 2022.I was in contact with the customer all throughout the day of the move, including before and shortly after the movers arrived. The customer called in this move at the last minute on a Sunday, and we worked very hard to accommodate them on this last minute move. The customer began complaining minutes into the move. They were rather irate in their complaints, so I made it clear to them we could pull these guys off of the move at no charge, and their deposit refunded, if they were indeed that upset with what they were experiencing. The customer insisted that the problem was that the 3rd man wasn't moving as quickly as they would have liked him to. So, I then assured the customer we would work with them on the price and apply a discount if they really felt one of the movers was not "pulling his weight." I was in constant contact with the customer and the movers throughout the day, and I reiterated several times to the customer what they could expect as the move progressed. I also reiterated the rate that the customer agreed to, and that the movers would be calling me directly to take payment once the items were off the truck. I also made it clear how the bill would be calculated. However, at the end of the move, when I went through the total with the customer, the customer immediately began shouting and cussing at my crew and myself, screaming that she wasn't going to pay these guys who had been working with her all afternoon. At that point, I agreed to only charge the customer for a 2 man rate, even though it was 3 men on the move. I also applied a 5% discount on the entire bill for the trouble. The customer agreed and allowed us to process payment at that time. The crew that we sent was polite, professional, and accommodating. No complaints were made regarding the professionality of the crew, which is worth noting. This is solely a disagreement about the overall cost of the move.I believe this clearly shows that we made every effort possible to accommodate the customer's needs and remedying issues the customer was experiencing. The customer was made aware several times what to expect with the movers and the bill. We went even further in what I would describe as "above and beyond" for them when we decided to only charge them for a 2 man rate, even though the customer originally agreed to the 3 man rate, and 3 men indeed performed the move. Even as we were being verbally harassed and abused by the customer in real-time, we went even further still to accommodate the customer by applying a 5% discount to the overall bill. It's important to note as well that no complaints were or have been made regarding the quality of the move itself.We strive daily to provide our customers with a top notch moving experience and, though it pains us greatly to learn that this customer found our services less than stellar, in consideration of the facts above, their review should not be allowed to reflect negatively on our establishment. We performed the move we were hired to do and made leaps and bounds to accommodate the customers needs and desires, even in the face of constant verbal abuse from the customer themself.
