My name is *******************************, this is the first time I'm responding something after I noticed from my sister telling me that I have this latter in the mail. I don't understand how this lady is trying to take advantage of a hard worker team she hired to A PART of the basement after she started and made a big mess that we fixed. She hired us to finish the framing as needed, fix the big mess on the drywall that previous contractors left after dealing with her, installing insulation as needed, installing trim she had on site plus the one she purchased without paying me for all deliveries. We completed the scope of work she asked. The agreement we had was: Framing soffits, drywall installation and finished ready to paint, insulation installed, trim installation, doors she had on site installation, etc. All of that has been completed. We haven't done any primer or painting. It's hard to communicate with her for 2 reasons. 1- She's always busy at work as she said. 2- She's drunk and I don't understand anything she said. We stopped continue working with her for those two reasons. Nobody wants to work with her. I'm lucky she ONLY paid us for what we did. But I'm not willing to continue working with her. I'm all open to proceed with this case. I'm contacting the law enforcement department to report this issue. SHE CAN'T MANIPULATE ME AND THE **** WITH HER LIES.Initial Complaint

Entered into a contract with *******************************, who owned Trinity Contractors Group LLC, to construct a Sunroom, bedroom andopen patio. He quoted $21,0000.00. We gave him 2 checks, each $4000. The total is $8000 based on the signed contract on 2nd November 2023. He collected the first check on november3rd 2023 and told me that he is going to purchase the doors and windows and then deliver them to my home. but he did not deliver material. and told me that the company where he purchased it will deliver all the material at once and that it will cost less. and he asked me to give at least 50% of the quoted amount so that he will purchaseall the materialand deliver it all at once and start the work. He picked up a $4000 check on december2nd 2023 and cashed out. but he did not deliver any. He stopped responding to me. Once in a whilehe used to text me saying that he is working materialto deliver. someone is not responding to him. so that he is waiting. He used to say that I will call today. but he never calls. I tried to call him, text him and I tried to meet him. but No luck. He tells all lies. He will not stand on any of his words. He is always unresponsive and unclears statements. he scammedme and took money. We were disappointedwith his behaviour. We went through too muchstressbecause of him and finally raised a complaintwith BBB to get a refund from him.Initial Complaint

Entered into contract with ******************************* of Trinity Contractors Group LLC, to renovate my condo he quoted $21,0000.00. We gave him a 1/3 $8000.00 deposit based on the signed contract on April 12th 2022 so he could buy the materials and start demo for the project and pay his subcontractors. He brought a subcontractor in to start painting before we left town. We agreed that he would send pictures documenting the progress. By April 19th 2022 he stopped communicating with us. We sent a few friends over to the unit to check in and he had not shown up for days to complete nothing. We continued to contact him asking for progress updates with no answer. He sent text messages telling us he was working in the unit buying materials. He sent this text "Still working on everything, I have paid a lot more than $7K between materials and labor. I'll contact you later this evening. I'll need another wire transfer tomorrow please." ******** had not completed any of these items he was just looking to get con us out of more money. Here continued to deceive us and continued to ask for more money we refused to send any money until he sent pictures of the progress that has been made. We made a weekend visit to the condo and were gravely disappointed by the damage that had been caused to our condo. It was completely vandalized appliances countertops, flooring, walls all had more damage then when he started and he was missing. We requested a meeting and he would not meet with us nor bring the product that he claimed he purchased. We called the police and filed a police report. The report was written up as Larceny. He will not contact us he did not complete any work and caused more damage to the unit. Now it is costing us more money to fix. He told lies about how his daughter broke her leg and he couldnt make it. He spray painted a door sent pictures of it and requested money this was in an effort to scam more money from us. Don't do business this is a scam.
