    Requested a diagnostic test on my 2015 S550 Mercedes on 1/8/2025 & was quoted $135 (no one said per hour). After about 1hr in I was told the tech needed a little extra time to finish testing. I said ok, but was NEVER told that it was going to cost extra. 2hrs later the car was ready & my total came to $286.05. I was charged $135 twice for 2hrs of labor to run a diagnostic reading with no work performed. I was confused, however the money that was paid for the test DO NOT go towards any of the work or parts that was going to be performed on the car. This is my 3rd Benz and I've NEVER heard or been charged by any authorized ************* dealer double labor charges for a diagnostic testing no matter how many hours it took. They only charge extra for the labor on work of parts being removed or replaced on a car. Called the company to resolve the issue and was told by **** that she informed me that the tech was going to need a little more time to finish the testing I said ok, but she NEVER stated that it was going to be an additional charge for the tech going over 1hr. If that was the case I would've said how much extra to determine if I wanted them to continue. Please make it make sense. They don't have the professional attitude to take or accept accountability for their mistakes or to say the customer is ALWAYS right. They have very nasty disposition towards the customers that they don't know. If you are a regular customer whom spends ************ like you, they give & treat you with the utmost respect. My advice is to make sure you ask questions before you leave your car or allow them to service your car. I would not recommend anyone to them that don't have money to just give away because it's very expensive to maintain a *************.
