      This company claims that they cannot produce a payoff statement because they don't have the equipment or program to do it.. When I called corporate office, I was treated rudely and told that I had to fax a formal request in order to get a payoff statement for my own account. I am trying to refinance my house and this pathetic company is the only one that claims that they can't provide me with a simple letter. Most of the others have the option to download it from their websites. Totally inept.

      The staff here is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable of what product you are looking for. I would highly recommend this store for everybody in the market for any kind of furniture or outdoor stuff.

      this company is nothing but scam artists. I will never do business with as they are making me starve to death as they are garnishing my paychecks. they have refused their fulfilling the contract. I have told them to come get their stuff multiple times and put it on hold. which is my contract is in ******** ** office. Debbie in the ******** office has. ******** office is ran poorly on communication and will pocket all payments into their pockets. is there a reason as of why they do this as they afford luxurious vacations and cars. enjoying stealing everyone paychecks to go on shopping sprees as a scam artists do? the lawn equipment s I have ain't worth the $975.

      I made a purchase here in the past and was on time with every single payment. This time we purchased a bed (way over price, but I did it anyways because we were in need) and * *** ******** *** *** ****** ** **** **** ** ****** ******* ** ** **** **** **** ** *** ***** * ***** ** ****** ** ***** ***** * *** * ****** ******** * ******* **** **** ** **** *** ** ********* ************* *** ********* ** ***** ** *** * ****** *** *** ** ****** **** ***** **** so I cannot get a job until we find child care. I have communicated this to the woman calling me asking for payment and threatening to go legal. We spoke 10/30 and I told her to just go legal because I do not have an income at the moment and she said they could not go legal and would not go legal because I do not have a job for them to garnish wages from. I get a message today, 11/14 saying that corporate is forcing her to go legal, despite what I was told 10/30. I have made payments as I have been able and I keep getting told different things depending on the day. They definitely need a hardship program or to be understanding in a situation. I told them I could make a very small payment and it was not satisfactory. So upset.

      I had furniture scheduled to be delivered on 11/8/2024. The lady who sold me the furniture called around 9:30 a.m. to say that both of their delivery people had quit. She was very apologetic and said if I could find someone to pickup the furniture then she would remove the delivery fee. I said I’d try to find someone. Thirty minutes later I called the store to let them know I had obtained a truck. I also asked if there was someone to load the furniture and I was told no. So I asked if the manager was there maybe he could load the furniture; I was told no he wasn’t there. As I was about to say that wasn’t good, the store representative slammed the phone down in my ear. Flabbergasted, I looked for and found the number of the sales agent, Carry R****. I called her and told her what happened and she was very apologetic but said if I wanted to pickup the furniture I would have to load it myself because the only male at the store was out and probably wouldn’t be back until sometime after 1:00 p.m. but they had a dolly I could use. I told her that in view of the poor customer service that I wanted the order canceled. She said ok and apologized once again. I asked if she could give me something showing that the contract had been cancelled. Carry said it usually doesn’t print out anything but if it did she would text it to me. I said thank you and that I hope she finds a better job because this store’s customer service is terrible. She apologized again; we said our good byes and hung up. I then called the home office and spoke to a Mr. Glen. Once he heard what I had to say he apologized and assured me that he would look into it. He also said that customers do not load their own furniture. Mr. Glen said he’d get back to me and if I wanted to the furniture could be transferred to the Lyons store and delivered if I still wanted it. I told him I would have to think about it. He then said that this has never happened before and he would get back to me.

      Worst experience, worst customer services. Purchased a recliner lift chair for my father on Monday 10/28/24. Picked it up on Tuesday 10/29/24, fast forward to Thursday morning 10/31/24 the chair does not work. I call Farmers Furniture in Rome, ga and they proceed to tell me that the chair i purchased was a clearance sold as is item, which was never told me. I was told the chair was on sale, it was marked down $100 and i would be unable to use my military discount. The total cost of the chair was $801.43, why would anyone pay that amount of money for a “Sold as is” chair.

      Jordan called one of my “references” and INFORMED HER that my payment was declined. He gave private information on TWO of my accounts, one being absolutely outside their rights to comment on. The status of my account should NOT be mentioned ever to anyone. When calling someone because the account holder cannot be reached, the ONLY thing that should be shared is where they are calling from, the persons and company’s name, the person they are asking for, and to have you call or let them know the company is trying to reach you. Apparently this store needs a course on FDCPA. 110% unprofessional, illegal, and I will NEVER recommend them. Too bad I can’t give less than one star.

      Terrible furniture, terrible service. I was late on my payments. The owner came to my apartment and screamed at me while the guests in my apartment and my neighbors listened. The motor on one end of the couch went out a month after I got the furniture. It stuck out in the middle of my small living room during Thanksgiving and Christmas before they finally fixed it almost 4 months after it broke. The salesperson told me to"pat the cushion every once in a while" The stuffing of the furniture is flat and sits below the ends of the couch and chair - in other words they knew when they sold out to me this would happen. Now they're taking me to court for the last little bit I owe them but can't pay. Very disappointed in the whole purchase, service furniture and treatment.

      A month in a half from today I attempted to turn on my *** that I had purchased from farmer home furniture it would not turn on I contacted them and the store manager Tori told me to bring it in so it could be sent off to be inspected I did not here anything until I call today & he was not man. Enough to tell us himself, preston said that the *** was infested with bugs And they would not touch it and he said because of that the warranty was no longer valid I don’t believe he sent it anywhere because if he did we should have heard something before now he thinks he is slick and has a bad attitude and if he thinks you are mad or upset with him for him pulling something he makes sure to avoid you as much as possible please do something about him because it is wrong to sell a product With a warranty and not honor it And because of him, I have to try to come up with another *********** five for my son who is a longtime *********** fan and gamer This is a serious issue and inconvenience
