  Constant calls, harassment. I don't have a bill for the amount they are saying and they charge fees to make payments.

  Constantly calling about a debt but I'm fully covered and have been. I want them to stop. I'm not paying a debt I dont owe to people who shouldn't be collecting this money. They are scamming people and I refuse to give them any info. If they keep calling I will have to take them to court as I'm fed up with it.

  They call ever single day without fail. I have explained to them that they hospital double billled. They are extremely rude and do not care .

  I have received text msgs from Northside Hospital for several months telling me that my bill was due. I have never had any dealings with Northside Hospital nor does my PCP. I called their customer service # to no avail. The customer service person was courteous, but was limited in terms of accessing billing information. I gave my name, but she did not find my name any where. I explained that this had to be a mistake. Any one can give out a phone number or an address without showing proof of residence. Today I received a text msg from Hollis **** threatening me that they were attempting to collect a debt. I have no intention of giving out any personal info to them, nor have them interrogate me to create an unjustified debt. Someone created a debt and they're sending the bill to me by phone with an acct# This is an error which is very unsettling and needs to be corrected. My medical bills are current and paid.

  They know all my personal information down to what I had wrong with me. That's is messed up HIPPA is a thing for a reason no one but the doctors and hospitals are supposed to know why I was there

  I don't know who this people are nor have I have received no correspondence with this company. They have called me several times regarding a debt. I don't know who this people are. Wish they would stop calling and harassing me

  These people call me daily multiple times some days. I have awnsered and tried speaking with these people and they are very rude, refuse to awnser any questions unless I provide my social security number which obviously no one is going to do, my entire name, personal information. They refuse to send out any proof of debt to my address they say they have on file but again refuse to tell me the address. One of their employees that called was so extremely rude that they called me names, mocked me told me they needed to speak to my husband since I was an ignorant woman.I told them that they are not longer allowed to contact me again or I would be contacting my lawyer for harassment. They have since called every single day without failure sometimes first thing in the morning sometimes really late at night. I have blocked their number everytime they call and yet they still are calling. So I will be following up on what I said I would do. I will be contacting my lawyer as of today, Everything they are doing is illegal. If your another person who gets calls from them please look up the laws regarding debt collection agencies because everything they are doing is illegal. Protect your self!

  I have been trying to get so called bills resolved with Hollis **** regarding ***************** and my mom since October 2023. I have sent them numerous emails with back up documentation from ******** regarding bills for 2023 and 2024 (on the bills, it says you can contact them via email). We have had a payment plan with Piedmont all this time so how does $600-$700 go to Collections and then Hollis has yet to reply to my emails and/or send a letter. Instead they constantly call and harass us and threaten my mom for payment. Hollis should be investigating all my backup documentation with Piedmont and then clearing us of these bills. Since we have had a payment plan set up, if we pay Hollis, then we are double paying. Until someone tells me otherwise that Piedmont truly did not add on these bills to the payment plan, even though multiple people said all charges were on the payment plan, then I am not going to pay Hollis until all resolved.

  Too bad I have to leave 1 star. This is way too many. They are extremely rude!!! They will laugh at you, mock you and absolutely refuse to negotiate. They never sent me a validation letter. They called me 3 times wanting $4000 without any kind of verification. They just wanted me to pay over the phone with no proof that they were entitled to payment. Now they are refusing to call me or give me an account number or a way to pay them off. Horrible company and shame on Northside hospital for employing such unprofessional people

  I am submitting this complaint to address the ongoing efforts of the Hollis Cobb Associates, Inc. office in attempting to collect an alleged debt, as I have been consistently receiving calls from their team.I wish to formally dispute the validity of the alleged debt in its entirety. I have requested, multiple times, the following information in writing from their office but have not yet received any written communication:- The amount supposedly owed - The name of the original creditor, their address, and phone number I must emphasize that any actions on their part that *** adversely impact my credit history and rating, would constitute a direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I wish to make it clear that any such attempts will be met with the full range of legal recourse available to me.In light of the aforementioned concerns, I believe the Hollis Cobb Associates, Inc. office is engaging in the illegal collection of an alleged debt and seeking funds that are not owed. As stipulated by the law, I request that they cease and desist all collection activities, including credit reporting, in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, specifically 15 USC 1692B(2), 15 USC 1692C(A), 15 USC 1692C(4), and 15 USC 1692B(5).I anticipate prompt attention to this matter and the cessation of any further collection activities related to the alleged debt in question.
