      July 21. Package received with missing parts. Contacted seller and referred to Amazon support. I used the Chat system and after being screwed around with a couple of different representatives they left me without a solution. The third party does not exist.

      This company took my money and never refunded me after finding out the product has been delivered to an area where they show closed down

      We bought an umbrella from Cavalier through Amazon last year. We attempted a return right when we received it as the umbrella swayed and lifted off the ground with a slight breeze. We had a new baby and a 4 year old at the time and there was no way we could risk even opening the umbrella. But the only way to get our money back was to ship it back ourselves which we were unable to do. (We couldnt even fit it in our car to drive it to ******* We spent $60 on additional weights to try and stabilize it but that didnt work so we put it away and called it a loss. We tried to open it again for this season thinking maybe we were overreacting the first time we set it up but sure enough it swayed and lifted in the breeze again even with the weights that didnt even come with the original product. We contacted Amazon several times until they finally sent us on to the seller (Cavalier) and they said since we were past warranty there was nothing they would do for us. We have a video showing the umbrella.

      11/03/23 I made a purchase in the amount of $80.61 from Wholesale direct which is a third party vendor that works with ******* for a orange and black ****************** game chair which was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my significant other. however on 12/25/23 the gift was open just to find out that it was the complete wrong gaming chair instead of a orange and black ****************** chair I received a green and black Eagles chair. I immediately contacted the third party seller Wholesale direct and was asked to email pictures of what I received in which I did. I was also emailed a electronic label to send the item back. The order number is *****************. The merchant told me that once I returned the item in which I did and the tracking number is **************. That I would either receive the correct chair I originally ordered or I will be refunded it's been almost a month and there has been no refund or the correct item sent I have emailed the multiple times with no response I will either like my money back or the correct orange and white ****************** chair sent. I have attached proof of the return item that I sent back along with the tracking number as well of the incorrect merchandise I have received below. I've contacted them multiple times by phone and email and asked for a email proof that they will either refund me or send the correct item an the state they don't provide email confirmation which is odd.

      I bought a BEAUTIFUL room divider from Cavalier Wholesale that arrived with black paint smeared across it. The background is white so it is completely unusable. I do not drive and have a back injury. I paid 109$ plus 30$ for shipping & received a letter in the box stating I would have to return this myself. I am really upset because I can not afford to throw away 140$ and was looking forward to this item. I am reading others were charged a delivery fee to return & that the box must not be defective. I didnt open it gracefully as I had no intention of returning it and assumed if I was paying 30$ for shipping (despite being a prime member and NEVER paying delivery fees due to finances) that this item would be in the shape it should be. How could this be packaged up with black paint and then expected to be returned by me? I am very hopeful that the company rectifies the issue as I would be a help to this product being sold by plenty more buyers. If this is not handled correctly, I do intend on writing to Amazon to request that they are no longer affiliated as this is not professional or fair to customers. We are in an economic crisis - please be more thoughtful with how you do business. I will absolutely adjust all reviews and statements upon successful and appropriate resolution is made & would be happy to write a GREAT review on Amazon and share this room divider on my social media (should it be in the condition it was meant to be and is picked up from a delivery person and replacement is CHECKED prior to sending out. Otherwise, I would like a refund & to be able to discard of the product. No one would use this item the way it is.

      I ordered a patio chair on 6/23/23. It has been almost a month and I havent received it. I checked with ***** and they have not received this package for delivery either. I would really like to compensated the $72 for this chair, but I that is highly unlikely. My best advice is DO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are thieves. Thank you.
