    Gaming Chair massager broke in first month and the screws holding it together broke within 6 months. I havent been able to reach anyone regarding this. Very disappointed

    Worst service ever. They told me that if I didnt like their delivery fee that I should shop products that are fulfilled by Amazon. Thanks *********, I emptied my basket of all products from your company and will be shopping elsewhere. Amazon included.

    Ive dealt with allot of different local companies through Amazon, however, this one may be the worst by far. Ordered 4 barstools for my house, almost 5 weeks ago now. After multiple attempts to contact the company, i finally got ahold of somebody in attempts to cancel the order. They are refusing to refund the money because they finally managed to get them on a ***** truck. However, they have still yet to show up. I live less than 30 minutes away from this company. If I knew they would be such a hassle, I would have driven over and picked them up myself. The point of this review is, DO NOT order anything from this company. Youll pay them, but you might not ever get the items you order. Save yourself time, stress, hassle and money. Order from anybody else, but Cavalier furniture in ******, **. I hope this helps anybody who needs it.

    this company is a scam!!! do not order from them even through Ama###. I ordered a mattress from them on Black Friday. That evening they put on amazon that my package had shipped and provided a ***** tracking number. after days of tracking and it still saying pre-label created I called ***** only for them to tell me they never received the package. Kept contacting this seller about my package and they kept sending an automated messages. Then a week later tell me the item is pending pickup. It can't be pending pickup and shipped at the same time for a whole week. I am still fighting to get my money back.

    This business sells defective chairs. They rate their chairs 400lbs or 500lbs and the brackets that hold the chair metal has a flaw, cracks and separates. Potentially can cause a very serious injury...They offer a 90 day warranty..... I believe they are aware of the issue and are being negligent of consumer safety.
