      I purchased 2 mattresses in February 2024. After a month the room started smelling like old food. I thought someone had food and kept vacuuming and spraying the house. But the smell kept getting worse. So last night my daughter found little tiny white bugs slithering around on her blankets. We took the sheets off washed them. Then my husband picked up the their beds off of the frame and the bottom was grey. He unzipped the mattress protector to find a large batch of mold on the bottom. I went back to read reviews and discovered this is a common thing for this mattress and company. I tried to get help from ******* customer support they told me that they couldnt help. I asked for a supervisor and they disconnected the chat. Very rude. I was referred form ******* to Factory Direct Wholesale who sells the mattress through *******s website.

      On 3/15/24 I purchased an item that claimed delivery on 3/20. On 3/20 I contacted the seller and was told the item would be delivered on 3/25. On 3/25 I was told the item would be delivered on 3/29. This seller advertises delivery dates that seem to be arbitrary dates. Factory Direct Wholesalers LLC did provide a partial refund with a delivery date of 3/25 and then failed to deliver the product by that date as well after already failing to deliver the item by 3/20.

      I ordered a dog stroller and never even showed up. The company said that it was lost in transit but I need the stroller. I have been very understanding but it is unfair for this company that it gets away with it. All I want is my stroller and that is what I want. I would love for the company to ****** the item

      I purchased a desk chair 3 months ago, my husband leaned back on the chair today and it BROKE and he fell and hurt his back

      I ordered three salon chairs on Amazon. All three of them have now broken. The hydraulic doesnt hold air, so it doesnt stay pumped up. They obviously all broke at different times. I got ahold of the warranty company and they said Amazon held the warranty, not them. Amazon only had a 30 day warranty and said this company held the warranty. So, no one knew what they were talking about and no one helped me. So, now I have three chairs that dont pump up.

      Since the use of the mattress, I wake up with pains and aches all over. Also it's very uncomfortable. I tried reaching out to customer service and officer supervisor ******** shouted at me in a unprofessional way.

      The business said we had a 3 month warranty on the mattress. It is day 34, I have proof of receipt and purchase and ****** from Support on email keeps telling me she cant help me, and that they wont honor the warranty on the mattress.

      False advertisement. Purchased item throuh Amazon to Factory direct as factory direct is a 3rd party seller for Amazon. Prior to placing order was advertised as arriving june 1 to June 2nd. On 5/30 Amazon status was changed to shipped, in tracking information ***** tracking in going to their website, it showed shipping label created on 5/30 just after midnight. As of 5/31 ***** still showed as awaiting package. I contacted Amazon and they confirmed this purchased through 3rd party seller *** that they actually have not shipped package yet. Complaint filed with Amazon and they contacted seller along with provided seller contact information. I contacted seller on 6/1 & also checked ***** tracking. It now shows me label created on 6-1 approx 10am. ***** still awaiting package. Contacted customer service and requested ********************** on shipping as it is not arriving on time. I got absolutely no where with customer service including a supervisor. They continued to repeat themselves. At the point where I requested to speak to supervisor or owner the agent told me they cant provide information on the owner. They are falsely advertising, non customer friendly & refused to give resolution information for contact. The lady I spoke with said she is the office manager and no one is above her that I can speak to.
