      On October 13, 2022, I purchased a chair through Wayfair from this company. By March 2023 the chair was broken. ******* is unable to assist as it's beyond 90 days, however this company has refused to help and has made it extremely difficult to even get in contact. At this point, I want a full refund and will accept nothing less.

      I purchased a raised recliner for my mom who is disabled and need this type of chair to functional somewhat independently. This purchase was made in September 2022, unfortunately February the chair broke. While traveling I received a frantic call stating my mom was stuck in the chair and could not get up. Apparently my mom was stuck in the chair for day and half the chair would raise to assist her stand. I contacted the company and they told me that they only offered a 90 day warranty and they cannot assist. Also, the supervisor ******* told me that I should have received warranty card explaining that. I told her that we werent aware of the policy and if that was the case I would have purchased extra warranty! Furthermore, no one purchased any item for 500$ with the expectation that it will last for less than 6 months. I am asking for them to replace the chair or send someone out to fix it.       I purchased a breakfast table and chairs and I love it! But one of the chairs has s**** holes on the side and not in the back of the pole part. Can't put screws in it to secure the back of the chair. Purchased from amazon.com Feb. 27, 2023

      I purchased a sofa/love seat set from this company. *************** was ate and they refused to provide me with tracking information. They only had promises that it would arrive in the next few days. After the initial date it was supposed to arrive they did not provide me with an actual date. Then when the items arrived, they arrived ripped and torn. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email for return/refund only to have my emails ignored. According to the website I purchased items on, I have until 1/31/23 to return however I reached out to them within hours of delivery because I should not have to pay over $1000 for damages merchandise that was supposed to be brand new.

      Item was very damaged, nothing lined up and the lights did not work. They only offered $50 refund or a return. Told them I was not accepting that and they told me to have a nice day.

      I bought a ZERO GRAVITY advertised massage chair. Instead I got a gamer chair with massage . This company is saying that is the same item because they put a picture of the gamer chair on the Amazon advertising but its advertised as Zero Gravity chair and the video is also showing advertising a zero gravity chair. So now I have to go through the hassle of moving a heavy item, find a car that can carry a large an bulky item and hurt my body because I suffer many deteriorating issues on my spine and I dont have someone to move this wrongly advertised item. I dont want it because I cant use it since my medical conditions only allows me to stay lay down to relieve pain but this chair doesnt recline or allows to lays down. I tried to get them to honor their False , Scamming Advertising but they think that saying return it is ok . They dont look interesting on resolving their False advertising and Amazon didnt posted my review about this item . I posted pictures of what I got and explained that is not what its advertised.

      We have reached out to the customer and resolved the issue. The order was returned back to us and the customer was issued a full refund. Listing has also been fixed to match correct item sold.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This company as many thinks that trying to trick people into buying something and receiving something else is ok because: The refund it. NOT . This item was heavy for me to move , to unpack and repack and the manufacture was giving me hard time to return it . I told them that even for $.01 I wouldnt keep it because is not what I need for my deteriorated spine . This companies should be punishment severely. Making sales on false advertising is not honest. Period

      December 3th, 2021, I paid 98$ for a gaming/desk chair. Originally I was told I would have it delivered by the 7th, then they told me the 8th. Then when I checked again it told me the 9th. So I continued to wait then ever since the 9th, the delivery date has said pending and they won't provide me any details. They asked me to wait 10 business days and I patiently waited. Today, December 17th, I contacted ***** and they said they still have yet to receive my package. I have been in contact with the seller and they continue to say the exact same thing over and over.

      Purchased an office chair on 12/09 that had a guaranteed delivery date of 12/15. On 12/10 I received a FALSE shipping notice from this company that the chair would be delivered by 12/15. The chair never shipped, and this company cannot even tell me if/when the chair will ship. I have contacted them several times to cancel the order and refund my money, but they REFUSE to do so.Completely unacceptable.
