      I took my car in because of the engine light had been continuously on, and left it with Gwinnett Place Nissan for a couple or three days for the to diagnose the problem, so they came back and said that the car needed genuine oem spark plugs and coils because the ones that are on the car are after market parts, which they say are causing the engine light to stay on and causing it to misfire. And they also recommended that my car have several other services done. One was to replace the tierods, front outer on the left and right side, and an alignment, which the service manager **** ***** called me to say that the tie rod repair could not be done without the alignment, so I agreed to have both of those services done and also rear brake pads installed. So, when I picked my car up after the repairs, on the way home I heard a pop and lock of the steering wheel as I drove home. I called the immediately to let them know and I told them that I was driving slowly home. I spoke with the service Manager this past Friday and he asked if I could drive the car back to them and I told that I did not have anyone to follow me there just in case the steering wheel would lock up while I was driving, so he resolved to have a tow truck from ************************* to pick up the vehicle from my home and I have been calling to see if they have found out the issue with the vehicle and it is still not resolved and I have never had a problem with my steering wheel locking up while driving until they repaired those tierods and put an alignment on my vehicle. Its unfortunate that you cannot trust the dealership to perform quality repairs on your vehicles. They still have my vehicle to this day and still cannot figure out what the technician did to cause this issue. I would not recommend this dealership for services. They have created a distrust with services.

      Was approved for a car...paperwork was done and everything. They called me the day before to verify I was still coming the next day, I said yes. I drove over 240 miles just to get there and they say the car was sold last night. No courtesy call or nothing. Then thought I was goin to buy a car that had visible damage and put down a big down payment. Do not buy from them. The pictures on the website aren't what you expect to see in person. Fraud!!!! Ran my credit multiple times.

      Customer was given the opportunity to leave a deposit on the vehicle to hold it, being that the customer was coming from quite a distance. The vehicle was sold as it was still available. Our pictures are up to date and in no way misrepresent the vehicle's condition. As for the credit inquiries, the customer requested we try to obtain the best financing available to them.

      Wow, such a bad experience today with the service department at Gwinnett Place Nissan! I made the appointment online for 4 new tires and a 4-wheel alignment. When I got there today the service technician said that the price was wrong.-He wanted more for the tires than what was on the quote.-He wanted more for the alignment.-He claimed the price didn't include taxes which it clearly did.-He claimed the price didn't include shop supplies, but it actually does. (I checked back on the website)I showed him the printout of the QUOTE from their website for this location, but he just threw up his hands and said it wasn't right. It was ridiculous!Then the icing on the cake: the tires were not even in stock. This after I had made the appointment for a specific date and time.I just laughed and walked out. Either they are operating a scam or they have major problems between the website and the store.

      Gwinnett Place Nissan (****************** - ******, **), has the lowest form of customer service I've experienced with a well-known Car Dealership. BUYER BEWARE !!! [PLEASE READ ENTIRE COMMENTS]Salesman at the dealership gave erroneous information about two different vehicles. Car Number 1 - Told vehicle had no Reported Accidents. Upon arriving to look at the vehicle (having driven a considerable distance), the right rear fender showed accident damage that never had body work. It looked as though Touch Up Paint was merely sprayed over the damage, and given a detail job (Ready for Resale).Car Number 2 - First, told the vehicle had 100K miles. ******** when I went on line to look at the car, it stated 133K plus miles. ** addition, when the salesman showed me the vehicle to test drive, it had such an odor that I couldn't sit inside the car. Reluctantly deciding to buy this vehicle with a "horrible stench," and nothing comparable, the salesman left me, and went on to assist other people. He left me (female) outside waiting until closing (in the dark) - for the ride home he promised. When I mentioned the ride to a Manager inside his reply was, "We don't have enough people left." Never bothered to apologize for anything.

      Poor **************** from *****************************. I was told I'll get a spare key when I was test driving the vehicle. After completing my finance paperwork and the car was delivered, there was no spare key. I've reached out to ***** the service manager and ***************************** and was told there is no spare key. This is a corporate dealership and was promised a key. They are playing games with the customer just to sell cars. This is not fair. I will file a BBB complaint.
