My family went here for dinner on 03-20-2022 for my wife's birthday. We had just been seated when a band came to play for the table behind us. It was incredibly loud, like to the point of nausea, and we assumed it would only be for one song or so. The table kept paying the band over and over and they stayed there for over an hour, blaring a horn 10 feet away from us. We asked our waiter to please move us if they were going to be there all night because we couldn't talk to each other, and it was literally concert loud 10 feet away from us. Our server had the manager come over who rudely told us that the other table is paying money to be there, and the we should just let them enjoy their meal. I told the manager that we were also paying to be there for my wife's birthday, and that we too would like to enjoy our meal by being able to hear and talk to each other. She said it is what it is so I asked if we could be moved. The manager, who was extremely rude (I can't stress this enough), told us that we could leave and go wait outside for 30 minutes until another table becomes available. I asked what we would do with our food which was on the table by now, and she said you pay for this, wait outside, and you can come back when another table opens up.We were the only ones complaining. Every table around us told the server and the manager they couldn't hear or talk. There were literally kids crying and parents asking them to either turn the speakers down or relocate them. The manager should have pointed out to the table that kept paying the band over and over that it isn't a "play at your table the entire night" scenario, but rather a song or two and let them roam around the rest of the restaurant for other customers who may want a tableside song. I want them to refund the $153.91 that I paid for the most miserable birthday dinner I've ever experienced. A member of my family literally went to the restroom to vomit as the noise was that loud!
