    Where do I start. Ive been buying Massey for year on 3 farms. I reached out to Massey about a part I needed. I was told they no longer have access to that part, to contact Minn Par. I called emailed and even chatted with Minn par and they no longer service or give tech-support to Massey. The part is made by ******. I called and emailed ****** even spoke to their engineers and they wont help with this part. I even received an apology email from Massey stating they were unable to help. Massey tells me they had no clue that **** par was no longer helping with tech-support, they are under contract to go to Minn par and still wont help me. How as a consumer am I educating Massey of this. How do you sell something you wont help with tech-support. as easy as a rebuild kit for a valve. I own seven Massey tractors, and will reconsider on my next purchase coming soon.
