    I bought a vehicle December 2023. By the end of January, I was having fuel pump, transmission, and brake issues. Thats when I found out that the warranty was bogus. They would not cover all the cost of my repairs. I ended up spending over $9000 on a car I just bought! Shortly after all of these repairs, the car stalled on me at work. There was metal in the engine from a failed and worn fuel pump lifter bucket. This required A NEW ENGINE! The mechanic confirmed that this problem happened long before I purchased. For several MONTHS I tried contacting ********, the general manager. She was never there and never called back. The only time I got a response was after I left a ****** review. Its September 2024 and my vehicle is sitting where the tow truck dropped it off while I continue to make payments. It makes me sick to my stomach how I shared with them how my husband was driving my car to get maintenance done when he was in an accident leaving him severely injured and disabled! This vehicle had to be safe, and reliable because I would be doing all the driving for the family. I wish they had just turned me around and sent me away. Instead the assured me of the vehicle quality and backed it up with a bogus warranty, took a picture of us with the car and asked for a 5 star review! The situation with them was the LAST thing I needed after all we were already going through. They do not care. They dont have to, but at least call me back, ********!!! Wont even engage in a conversation. Disgusting!

    I purchased a car from them and within 2 weeks, car would not start. I had to get it towed to my home then another towing cost to the repair shop. It was Easter weekend so I had to wait until Monday for anyone to look at it. I purchased an extended warranty yet when I called it wasnt active. Had to call several times to get policy active. The warranty they sale is a cover up for you not to use it but its added in your contract of $2499(so if anything happens to motor) they said lienholder required. Yet I feel like it was them to require it to play like it covers their butt! But in reality its just a cover up for them to get more money and they hope you dont have to use it so it expires before you need it! Long story short I feel like I was took advantage of as a female customer and was sold a car that wasnt ready to be sold. I had to call office multiple times before getting anything correctly done. My fault their error!!!
