Zero stars....Terrible! I would NOT recommend this facility. First and foremost, completely unprofessional. Outrageous prices. Messy, dirty facility. I suppose because they feel they are "specialty and emergent", they can charge however much they want for services. $2400+ for a Leopard gecko abscess surgery. When unable to pay the full amount at the time of potential service they then denied any meds or palliative care. Completely appalled. While talking with the Dr. ** our way out, we were rudely interrupted by his friend. They were hugging and giving high fives. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

Terrible place to take your pet. The room was very nasty, stained towel on table, chair stool was super *****. Did not even get treatment. Doctor came in looked at dog wanted to do around $400 for X-rays and bloodwork. After I said no they wanted to give 2 shots of medicine that was $220. Doctor never came back in to diagnose my dog. Needless to say I walked out spent $175 for nothing.

This by far has to be the absolute worst emergency vet center I have EVER been to, for starters they took forever to even acknowledge we were not outside but INSIDE their waiting lobby area, for two, they were more concerned about taking a form of payment instead of even ASKING what the reason of bringing him in was for, 3, we had to wait an additional 10-15 just to get paperwork to fill out and another 20 minutes for them to grab the paperwork for us, 4, after they finally asked for the description of what happened (he was run over by a car) we asked if we could have an X-ray and bloodwork done to check if there was any internal bleeding/hemorrhaging, which we had to argue for them to do, 5, she takes 1 debit card and license for payment, we waited over 30 minutes to get those items back, once we called she stated it was protocol to hold the license and card until services were complete, which wasn't discussed upon asking for the card and license, we then asked could we proved them with a different card so we could take the main card to grab something to eat, ***** stated that was fine but once they retrieved the second card they decided to hold that one as well, I spoke with the supervisor ******, who stated we just needed to wait until they were done so hand us over BOTH cards AND our license, an Asian girl came out once we asked for our cards AND our dog bit was told we needed to wait or she would call the COPS for us wanting out belongings INCLUDING our dog, 5, I called AGAIN, once our belongings still weren't bought out and spoke with ****** (the supervisor) AGAIN and she gave us the same ******** excuse as to why we couldn't have our TWO forms of payment, license, and dog back at the moment, I told her I was going to call the cops on them because holding payment without our authorization which is ILLEGAL and SUPRISINGLY we were handed over ALL our belongings less than 5 mins later, I DID call the cops and GO FIGURE, the say they are called out here every other week for the same exact reasons, the cop himself told us to report them to the BBB ( better business bureau), oh let me not forget issue number 6, this SO CALLED "emergency" hospital REFUSED is service which is also ILLEGAL, you cannot be an emergency facility and refuse service, so with all this being said, if you love your pet AND value your time DO NOT bring your pets to this hospital, they spend more time laughing and talking with each other and trying to take payment than they are trying to care for your pet, this place is a joke and the crazy thing is, my dog ACTUALLY having issues that they "MISSED" during they're so called exam, due to all of these issues back in forth with holding our dog, license, and cards, we will be contacting our lawyer in regards to this facility, whoever the owner is they need to clean house and hire a new staff because they're full of ****, signed an ANGRY, DISSAPOINTED, and DISSATISFIED pet mom.
