    This place review is NEGATIVE!!! Mr. ******** KILLED my beloved parakeet bird during his nail cut.--- a SIMPLE nail cut. He held my bird too tight to where he DIED from asphyxiation. The staff and doctor were so inexperienced, especially that doctor innocent guy. What a JOKE. Also this place is MONEY hungry for animals. just because I was late 30 minutes, they were gonna charge me $250, emergency fee for bird nail cut. We negotiated for $85 plus cutting fee of $25. I was willing to pay my lovely bird for the service but this s***** place KILLED my bird. We miss him so so much and can't believe he died!!!! Out entire family is devastated and angry with *** INNOCENT!! Shame on you!! This place is Very Very dirty.They have 3 birds in cage and water is FILTY and hardly NO food!!! Please stay away from this Vet.

    Zero stars....Terrible! I would NOT recommend this facility. First and foremost, completely unprofessional. Outrageous prices. Messy, dirty facility. I suppose because they feel they are "specialty and emergent", they can charge however much they want for services. $2400+ for a Leopard gecko abscess surgery. When unable to pay the full amount at the time of potential service they then denied any meds or palliative care. Completely appalled. While talking with the Dr. ** our way out, we were rudely interrupted by his friend. They were hugging and giving high fives. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

    Terrible place to take your pet. The room was very nasty, stained towel on table, chair stool was super *****. Did not even get treatment. Doctor came in looked at dog wanted to do around $400 for X-rays and bloodwork. After I said no they wanted to give 2 shots of medicine that was $220. Doctor never came back in to diagnose my dog. Needless to say I walked out spent $175 for nothing.
