            In ****** 2021 My husband and I had house plans drawn up and met with Mr. William ****** with Cabinet Crafters in ******* Ga. about my cabinets, the way I wanted them to look and everything. He told us at that time that I we chose to do semi custom cabinets with the custom work that he could do, added to the cabinets that he could obtain the look that I wanted for my kitchen and the rest of the house. He told us it would only take him 16 weeks from start to finish. When our house was framed up in ******* 2021, Will ****** came out to the house to measure everything to know what size cabinets to order. There was a few bumps in the road with supplies taking longer than usual due to shipment but he received all supplies and money from us by ******** and early part of ***** 2022. We ended up having to order more upper cabinets due to his ill planning and measurements so we have total paid him $37,500 up to this date. He has not completed my cabinets. No custom work has been done other than the semi-custom cabinets being brought in and hung and what little he has done to my island area. Nothing else has been done since the early part of March. He ignores texts and calls. He lies about coming out to our house to work and then we have to chase him down and he always gives a sorry excuse. We've actually caught him lying to us about "not having help" then come to find out he just hadn't started on the piece that was supposed to be delivered and put in. At this point, everything/other jobs have been pushed back so much due to our cabinets not being done that my husband and I are having to pay even more money out of our pocket to pay the other guys to come in and finish and paying rent on our house that has been sold that we currently live in bc my house isn't complete yet due to the Cabinets not being finished. Again, when we text to ask where he is bc Che told us he'd be at our house working, he doesn't show and then doesn't respond.
