I paid Mr. Sparky 300.60 on *****/2023 for ****** ***** ********** for inside and outside the house. They installed the ***** ********** outside the house and proceeded to install the protection inside the house in the garage. They didn't have the correct part. They said they would order the part and come right back out to install it. I have called ************** and followed up with them over 10 times and can't get the manager to call me back. Whenever I get someone on the phone, they tell me that the manager will call me back that day. I have giving them plenty of time to respond. I am tired of hearing that there records only show whereby I only called a few times. I can get my official phone records to verify the number of times that I have called! I feel violated as they took my money and haven't completed the work. The manager not returning my calls make no sense even after I tell them that I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. 1. Date of transaction: ******2023 2. Paid 300.60 3. The monies covered the installation of ***** ********** inside and outside the home 4. They claimed they ordered the part but I haven't been able to verify that because the manager has never returned my calls. 5. There has been no attempt at resolution because I can't talk to the manager. 6. Invoice #: ****** 7. I would like for them to install the surge protection inside my home and refund me the cost for the inside ***** ********** for my inconvenience. It doesn't take 5 months for a part to come in. I have to take another day off of work for them to come out and install it.Business response
