    -10/23/22 I call the agent to list the property for sale which is **************************************************** 30038.-After couple months listings, I find out that the agent name ****** is very controlling and hide the information feedback from couple viewing the property. -I contact ms. ****** and demand to cancel the property listing Band I want to take a break from this this process. Because I am stressed about it. ************ refused to cancel the listing and demanding that I have to pay, if I want to removed it from the listing. -I felt unsafe for our family, since my house was showing active listing on the market. -I don't think ms. ****** is license and she's using her family business to make her own rules. I felt abused by her controlling behavior. -Please help me remove the listing in the market due to our safety concerns.

    Ms. *********************** contracted with me to sell her home08/26/2022.  The market was changing and her property was too high.  She did not want to reduce the price of the property therefore she wanted to withdraw the property from the market.  I explained to her that she would have to pay $25 for the ***** and $25 for **** listing services to withdraw the property from the public listing market and sign the forms which are required by both listing services.  She did not want to pay the money.   I had another agent pick up the sign and lockbox from the property and I explained to the client that the property would still be listed until expiration.  The property listing expiration date is Feb the 28th, 2023.  Any calls I get I explain the property is no longer available.
    As for the feedback from viewing there were only 2 showings and there was nothing to report other than they did not like the property.  
    I found Ms. *********************** to be very rude when I explained  how the Realtor listing works to withdraw.

    I am rejecting this response because: The agent is not telling the truth. I was not informed of any fees when she arrived at the property. Then, when I requested to cancel the listing. The agent texts me to sign the form and pay her $50. I told her, #1 I am unaware of any fees during the meeting, and #2 why I has to pay when the agent didn't perform the job right. She was violating the real estate practices law. I didn't receive any written offer for evaluation or feedback. But only when I called then the agent respond to me that "the offers are too low, you are not going to take that" I was so upset. I also sends the text agreement for both parties to cancel the listing on 10/15/2021. However, the agent insisted refused to remove the listing because of the $50 fees. I am terrified that she is putting my family's safety on the public. I strongly believed that the agent violated "The Privacy Act, Customer Rights Law and *********** Standards of Practice.
