            The above customer bought a Vape pen costing $20 and he opened the sealed box ,vape pen was working his complaint was it was not recharging and he connected it to a normal android phone charger whereas that pen need a special charger he need to ****** it and order the charger and secondly it charges when he uses the vape pen to half it dont charge when its full. I was trying to explain him but he dont listen. I could have exchanged it if it was not working.

            Well this response that they gave was a lie... when I walked to the counter prior to purchasing this product I asked the clerk what the procedure would be if I couldn't charge the machine ...  the man named **** said that I would need to find out if it charged or not before I left... this isn't the first issue I have had with him . Which is why I specifically asked about the charging working and if it didn't would i be able to exchange it for another working machine or get my money back.. there was never any conversation  about him stating I needed to order a special charger or anything of that nature ... his response was that that is not his responsibility the vape pen was fully functioning and charging wasn't his issue.. not that I needed to order a special charger .. so to now lie about what happend is beyond me to try and refute the fact of poor service as well as his customer service was poor and he did not wish to talk about the issue ..hence the reason I reached out to you guys to seek a amicable fair resolution.. bc this is def not a response ill agree to because his response isn't even truthful about said events and its very sad you would resort to lying  instead of actually correcting your actions ...
