Continue getting shipments of products never ordered. Until received, never heard of the company or product. Attempted to email and message on instagram and no response received. None of my cards have been charged yet. These boxes contain about a thousand dollars worth of product according to their website. on multiple occasions *** tried to contact the company, not only to try to log into my account to change items but lastly to try and cancel. At first i was getting a response up until the third email where i have not been able to get in contact with anyone to the point that ive had to cancel my card, just to prevent them from taking any more.Initial Complaint

We purchased Kiala several times and went on a subscription early last year. In June, I swear I canceled it. We just got a notification that it charged us the other day. I went in and we were still under subscription. There was no email to tell us that the product was on subscription and there was about to be a charge. No notification at all and it had been 6 months since we heard anything from them until the item was charged for $60.50. I am also wondering why we are being charged the one time subscription price for $49.95 when the subscription is supposed to be 25% off and $37.46 plus shipping. I tried emailing them the second I saw the email the morning after they emailed (they emailed at 11:28 PM on December 20th and tried to cancel it. They emailed back and said there is no way to cancel or refund the item. I have tried asking a few times and they are not complying or giving an option to return.Initial Complaint

In September I had ordered from Kiala Nutrition and canceled my Subscription after receiving the flavor as I did not like the taste and therefore did not want to receive any more of it. I have added the email they sent me with the link to cancel my subscription on Thursday September 7th at 10:29am where I immediately canceled my subscription. However, this "business" does not send confirmation emails on updates to the account so I did not receive an email confirming my cancellation, however I have vivid memory of doing so! Fast forward to December now two months after my cancellation I woke up for work at 6:30AM on December 7th to an email from Kiala confirming my order at 12:27AM that night when I was already asleep which is an outrageous time for an email like that to be sent out. Unsure why I received this email at all because I cancelled my Subscription two months ago, I reached out to customer service and was provided with the exact same message that I received two months ago. I replied that I now cancelled for the second time and expressed my frustration asking for them to cancel the order as it was their error not mine, I have since been ignored by the company and they have shipped out the order against my will and stolen my money from me. ********************************* has been of no assistance and is not honoring my request for assistance from someone else. I have emailed every single day and have not gotten a response since December 7th at 8:18AM. I want her fired and I want this "company" shut down. This is disgusting behavior and I am incredibly unhappy with everything that has happened this past week. I have started a dispute with my bank already and have a temporary credit on my account however I want justice! It seems ******** has threatened people before in email chains as I saw screenshots of other upset buyers provide on social media when I searched up her name. She is evil and needs to be fired immediately!Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: November 18th, 2023.Amount of money spent: $46.39 The business page specifically says no returns on opened products but does not say anything about no refund. The website did state they can do refunds and I email them for a refund. They responded back twice and just said they cannot provide me a refund for this awful product. Nature of the dispute is to get my money back due to this company is a joke and the greens do not taste good at all is till have the whole container full of this product it is not like described. Their customer service is awful I have been emailing them everyday, reaching out on ********* trying everything to get my money back and I get no response everytime. The company have not tried to resolve this issue at all and I have emailed them so many times with little to no response.Order number: #****** The advertisement is on Tiktok and I ordered this on Black Friday to try it and had the impression I would get my money back if I did not like it. These greens are awful and there is no way to even swallow it without gagging. All Im trying to do is get my money back I will send a video of me throwing it out of returning the item as I can not even drink it and dont want to lose money on something I cant even drink.Initial Complaint

In the past you could make changes and adjust subscriptions, this is no longer available and I cannot change the monthly subscription they charge me for each month. Based on other reviews about canceling if you contact bank about reversing the charge the company will contact you with threats.Initial Complaint

I ordered product from this company and wanted to cancel a subscribe and save on one of the products. One product was a one time purchase. I logged into my account and they said that I had to wait two billing cycles. Something I had no clue about, nor was I warned, etc. I emailed them letting them know they needed to cancel the subscription and that I wanted to return the items. The response I got was unbelievable. So unprofessional, rude and from what social media has to say, ************************* has a history of this behavior. I have returned to sender and requested the full refund which AGAINST their own policy, she has refused. I disputed the transaction with my bank and thats as far as I have gotten. I just want a full refund at this point. This is beyond fraudulent. They cant force people to pay for something and they certainly cant tell me they wont refund me for product I returned unopened.Initial Complaint

In September my wife bought into the social media hype for the Kiala Greens and decided to give it a try. She mistakenly ordered 2 cases instead of 1. The checkout procedure was unclear and showed a discounted price that was not applied when she paid. The next day when she realized the error she attempted to cancel the order, but it was not allowed to be canceled. She then asked to return it and was told it could not be refunded because it was "promotional". The only course of action possible was to dispute the charge with the credit card company. 2 weeks later we received an email from Kiala, directly threatening to file a police report of theft and *** us for fraud. There was no attempt to resolve the situation in a mutually agreed way, even after we offered to send back the unopened product. I have filed credit card disputes before, and have NEVER heard of a company jumping directly to filing legal action for such a small purchase.Initial Complaint

Last month, sept 2023 i placed an order with KIALA GREENS/NUTRITION AND WITHIN 5/10 mins of making the order I cancelled it and told the company to not send it and give me my money back! I was told I couldnt cancel it because they had already shipped it which was a lie completely! So I told them that if they sent it I would be sending it back to them as return to sender! Which I did return to sender and told them to cancel the subscription and the first order and they refused! Over the next 30days I keep on sending emails texts and everything I could send to cancel the subscription and the first order which by this time had been return to sender. Which I have proof of! They have no phone number in which to communicate with and they have no support that I know of bc of the level of messages I sent to cancel the subscription over and over and got no word or confirmation that it was taken care of! Of course the company did it again and processed another order for this month and I told them I was outraged after all the communication I sent and nothing got sent to me until they processed another order that they know I cancelled the month before! Still nothing from the company! I contacted my bank to open a claim to have the charge reversed and to block this company from continuing the fraud! The phone number attached to the charge on my account doesnt belong to the company its a phone number for a medical alert bracelet, so more fraud! I just want to get my money back and have this company leave me alone and stop committing fraud! I sent this company over 30/45 messages and nothing and more nothing and then out of the blue I get a message saying I have to go to there website and cancel the subscription from there in order for them to stop! I never signed any agreement to the such, and in the time since the first order which was sent back and got proof and till they did it again against my will no one sent me anything telling me I had to do that until after chargeInitial Complaint

I cancelled my subscription with this company over a month ago and they charged me for another month and sent the product to an address I no longer reside at. I'm receiving threatening emails from them and no invoices for amounts that their products don't even cost. This is absolutely absurd and terrible business practices. There is no customer service number to contact anyone so the only way to communicate is through a message link on their website. I filed the dispute with my bank since I cancelled through their website and I never received the product. Their product normally costs around $35 and now I'm getting invoices telling me I owe over $100 for unpaid product. Absolutely not. This is nonsense and ridiculous.
