      Im not sure if this is something that the BBB can help me solve but I thought I would give it a shot. I placed and order for Kiala greens about a month or so ago. I was directed to checkout after I used a coupon code. That coupon code automatically made it a subscription which I did not know when I bought it. I got the wrong flavor in the mail and so I reached out to the company and in the process found out I had a subscription. After trying the product I absolutely hated it and did not want to buy another one. I asked them is they could cancel my subscription because the cancellation policy was never stated to me before I bought anything. They keep telling me they cant cancel it because their cancellation policy requires two billing cycles which I think is kind of insane if someone gets a product they dont like and this was never told to me before I bought anything. I have been in contact with the company and finally they said they would send me a free cup with my next order which is the best they could do so I said fine cause I was tired of arguing. I got online to move my order back another month because like I said the subscription was an accident and I literally cannot afford to buy one right now and the website wasnt working at all. So im pretty fed it. It seems like such a scam at this point.

      Order #****** I purchased an order of the super greens as a monthly reoccurring subscription. When placing the order I reviewed the subscription policy that allows you to cancel or change at any time.Today I tried to cancel my subscription on the website, however I was met with a prompt that I needed to contact their support team in order to cancel.The support team is refusing to cancel my subscription as they are now stating that I must keep the subscription active for 2 billing cycles before cancelling.Attached is a screenshot from their website showing the subscription policy which states it can be cancelled or changed at any time, no stipulations are mentioned.I honestly haven't even tried the product yet to know if I'd want to continue using it, but with this false advertising and shady customer service tactics to force consumers into a multiple month subscription without making this known is wrong and I will no longer purchase this.Please help me resolve this.

      Date of transaction is August 21, 2023. Total amount *****. I was denied refund on product for reason, I applied for subscription which is not refundable. I didnt not apply for a subscription, just a single purchase. They will not refund my money.

      In June my 16 year old daughter ordered the viral product, Kiala greens. She had no idea they signed her up for a subscription so as soon as she received another jar she emailed them ( there is no phone number) It smells and tastes disgusting and she didn't know she had a subscription and did not want one. They informed her they couldn't cancel until after the 2 full ******** which she of course wasn't aware of. Now they have charged her a 3rd time and refuse to stop the shipment, refund the amount or let us return anything even though their site says return in 15 days (unless you have a subscription) Im going to the bank today to try and dispute this charge.

      I got an advertisement from Kiala Nutrition that if you were a first time Amazon buyer from then that they would refund you 50% of your first order when purchased from them off of Amazon. The email stated exactly this Want 50% off greens? **first time amazon buyers only ** Leave us a review on Amazon. Step 1: buy greens on Amazon Step 2: leave a review onAmazon Step3:email screenshot of review step4: once we receive your email we will refund your order. I did exactly that. However, apparently they had a limit of 1 but literally never says that ANYWHERE. I email, was basically told oh well. Tried to get an answer where it says that and have proceeded to be ignored since. I cant believe how disgusting some businesses are towards their customers. If I missed where the limit was, I accept that. But to be ignored since told oh well? Nah, customer service is vital for any company to stay afloat and this type will not get them far. I am also changing my review and warning others of their scams. As you can see in the screenshots, they were quick to reply until I asked for proof where it states this. Then they refused to even acknowledge my emails.

      I purchased this product originally in June and the first issue was it arrived late. The shipping advertised as 3-6 days however took 9 days to reach me and I received no notice about delayed shipping from the company. I reached out to them less than a week into using the product to inform them I wanted a refund and to send the product back because it made me violently sick and Im pregnant. They denied so I said whatever I dont want this anymore and instead of informing me I had accidentally signed up for a subscription and offering to cancel it for me they let it stay, fast forward a month later they charge me again! Within an hour of it I noticed and reached out and asked them to cancel this it was a mistake and I didnt want the product. The woman refused and argued with me! She threatened me to send it to legal if I filed a chargeback and refused to cancel the order though I wasnt aware I was on a subscription, I have a lot going on with being pregnant and didnt know, we argued for days and they still refused to refund me after I explained I didnt know and I didnt want the product! They shipped it to me anyways and I refused delivery from the post office and returned it to sender. They are now still threatening me and not responding to emails and trying to fight the chargeback for a product I dont have and refused delivery on! The customer service and treatment I have endured from this company is appalling. The product put me in the doctors office with profuse vomiting and stomach pain as well as bleeding which everyone knows is dangerous when pregnant. The fact they sell this poison to people is beyond me! And then the way they treat a pregnant woman for simply asking this to be canceled and stopped before it ever even left the warehouse is beyond disgusting and vile behavior. The product does nothing it claims to or what they pay people to say about it. And the customer service is horrendous.

      I ordered a single container of the kiala greens. The next month following I found a pending charge on my account from **********************. I went to their website to try to get ahold of someone. Which is only by email. I told them I would like a refund because I did not purchase this order. They said I had a membership that includes a container of kiala greens each month. I told them I didn't sign up for a membership and I didn't want one. I wasn't under the impression I had a membership. There were no emails sent to me stating this and I didn't sign anything stating I knew this. They told me they could not cancel my membership and they would not refund my money. I went to my bank to dispute it. I figured out a way for me to cancel my "membership" online (the email i got today stated i can cancel my membership at anytime). I got an email 11 days later saying they are going to take legal action because i disputeit and i still had the product. I told them i would be happy to return the product but i want them to pay for shipping. They said i cant return it and they won't pay for shipping but it states on their website i can within 15 days. I just don't want to use the service. I dont want to be charged again. I hate how they keep harassing me over this and keep giving me false information.

      On May 19 at 10:40 I placed an order for Kiala Greens. I looked through the website at the ingredients which seemed wholesome. When I went to check out it said cancel anytime under a big button that said subscription 30% off. I figured what is the harm in a subscription if I can cancel anytime.After my order I began to wonder where the sweetness came from, and was able to find a label with fine print that listed sucralose as an ingredient. I thought this was an all natural health product and didnt have artificial chemicals in it. I immediately emailed at 11 oclock to ask for my order to be canceled. I was basically told that the fine print said I couldnt cancel for two months. It was very misleading to emphasize that one could cancel anytime. I again stated that my order hadnt been shipped. It was 20 minutes after placing the order and that I would like to cancel my order. Otherwise I would take it up with my bank.They then told me that if I took it to the bank to ask them for help that it would be considered fraud, and they would file a police report on me. I am concerned that their website is very misleading. I only chose the subscription because it said I could cancel anytime. I wish the website had overtly listed sucralose as an ingredient. All of the natural ingredients were emphasized with large print and sometimes photos.I should have dug deeper before ordering. I was shocked that they werent willing to cancel an order that hadnt been processed or shipped.

      I placed my order on February 23rd 2023, paid .99 cent shipping protection (as I always do if its offered, never had to use it but nice to have) they emailed and said package delivered on February 26th, 2023. I have yet to receive anything from them and have reached out several times with only 2-3 responses, but only saying it was delivered. Their customer service is horrible, threatening me with an attorney and not offering to solve this problem in anyway.
