My first and only order from them was because they were having a great sale. I ordered three items on 5 day shipping. I was sent a link to a tracking website I have never seen before and for the next 25 days watched my alleged package travel from ***** slower than I imagine a drunk homeless person could get here. On the 26th day the package allegedly arrived at my house. I have searched high and low around my property with no sign of my order. I have reached out to the company three times now with no response. If I could give a zero I would. Now all Im left with is verbally trashing them every chance I get.Review from Ruben F

Recently bought a couple pairs of shorts from them and I was not impressed. It took them nearly 2 weeks to ship my purchase and the shorts were poorly made. To add insult to injury they make you pay for return shipping.Review from Eric B

Horrible ***************** I feel like Ive been a great customer! *** spent lots and lots of money on shirts with Combat Iron. However the last 2 or 3 orders have been messed up. The shirts are rarely the same fabric or make. Some large shirts fit like medium and some fit great and some fit like xl. The leave items out of the order and never communicate almost like the just want to see If you notice. If you want to exchange or return an item its at the consumer cost. I also deleted items from my order and they were still sent and charged for. The last order they left an item out and sent a completely different shirt in its place. Ive contacted customer service multiple times but havent received any response from them.Review from Chris F

I placed an order for a shirt and returned the item because it arrived too late. The item was never worn or opened from the original packaging or shipping sleeve. I completed a return request on the site and emailed them within 30 days and never got a shipping label to return so I paid to return it myself. I then received only a partial refund for the order and have contacted the store and they will not communicate.Review from Lacy F

I was so excited to see this veteran owned business and had to order but now I completely regret spending the amount of money I did. I order 4 tshirts, a hooded sweatshirt and a tank top for my boyfriend and I. Everything that has been worn once and washed once now looks like its been washed 100 times. I have stuff from other companies from 5 years ago that dont have this much wear. I emailed customer service several times and get no response. I do NOT recommend ordering. The quality isnt worth the amount they want for their items.Review from Mark L

This company does not respond to emails or calls; after a few attempts to cancel an order, they still shipped it out. It goes to show that they don't care about customer service. Be aware that when you buy stuff from here, you will end up shipping it back with your own money if you decide to return it. I would give them 0 stars if I could.Review from Jon B

I placed an order with company over a week ago and the have taken the funds out of my account but I have not received my items. I have emailed them 4 times and have not heard any response from the company. I have ordered from them before and this is the first time I have had a problem. I am very upset that they couldn't even respond to let me know if there is a problem or when I may receive my purchase. I can understand If there busy due to Christmas but just let me know. Just don't respond. After this I will probably never order from this company again.
