            We bought an Akita from this breeder. He demanded full payment ($2000) prior to pickup. As soon as we paid, he told us our puppy had ***** and we needed to give him an extra $1000 to save to puppy or it would die. We contacted our vet who said do not buy a puppy with *****. *************************, the owner promised to give us our money back but now refuses.

            I had previously sold a female puppy to ***** and *****, when I was living in *****, **. They wanted a male puppy out of another litter. I had a male puppy Silo available. They sent me the money same as last puppy. I told them **** had parvo and was treated for it and was now healthy and ready to go home. They said they spoke to someone and said they didn't want **** now. Parvo is a virus like the flu. Once you are over the flu you cannot infect anyone. **** ended up going to another home, and he is a wonderful healthy and happy dog. In 30 years of breeding , when this happens I replace the puppy with another puppy. I have had two litters since and they don't want a puppy, they want a refund. I never forced them to send me any money, bit once they did I was providing a puppy for the agreement. I did and have and will continue to have a male pup available to them anytime I have a litter. At least once a year. If I receive a deposit on a puppy and months later change your mind, I do not refund deposits. I will let them use that deposit for future breedings. I am not a ******* and do refunds with e reciept. I will replace and meet my obligation. I have beautiful Akita's. I am sorry ***** and ***** are mad, but I will senbd them a male puppy. They can sell that puppy to get their money back, but I do not do refunds.
