This company is very unethical. I called American Home Shield and they dispatched this company. The company set up the appointment. The tech arrived on time. I explained the issue and showed him the location of the defective heat pump. The tech had dirty shoes and did not even bother to put on the footie that professional companies issue to prevent tracking dirt into people's houses. He spent 15 minutes with the unit inside and then proceed to the unit outside. After 5 additional minutes he told me that the Freon has low and that it required to repaired and services. I then get a message from *** and they stated that Comfort Master HVAC stated the system had missing parts. I found that strange, as I had that system working just fine for the last 4 years. Upon additional research by calling the *** and having this company followed up to see if I wanted to pay for the repair out of pocket, I learned that the missing part was actually a HVAC ******** valve which is a plastic or light metal cover that cost less than $0.50. This is essential an expendable supply not a part. In my opinion the valve was there and the tech removed it to attempt to charge me the customer directly. This company used the pre-text of the missing part as they know that *** will not cover the repair if they are missing parts. On top of that *** would pay them a set rate while they can charge the customer what ever price, in hopes that they are foolish enough to pay. The very unprofessional and unethical vendor wanted me to pay over $2,000 to repair an issue that regularly cost less than $250 to service the Freon. To add insult to the whole situation the customer service representative that called was very unprofessional, rude, and was trying to bully me by and then hung on me when I asked them to provide *** an accurate assessment of the situation. I highly recommend that no one waste their time with this poorly run company that is unprofessional, and unethical. Zero Stars Rate!

I met the owner of this company and he seemed ok, Air conditioner was not cooling and he said it was a bad air filter. About 2 weeks later the system went out after a storm and a different family member came out went in the attic for 20 minutes and came back and said he changed the fuse.. Shortly after that the system went down again and then a different provider came out and said the could not find a fuse and that I needed an alectrician. Then tells me this company said that my thermostat was bad and that I need to fix that first before I get coverage. This companies and American HomeShield are totally unreliable. If you are in a jam you are better off finding competent people. I was wondering why this company only works for American HomeShield and now I see why. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I concur with the previous reviewer. Do not use this company. American home shield called them out on a service request. The first thing they tried to do was get me to upgrade my unit. They then told me that a nonexistent power surge fried my compressor and that I needed a new one and it was not covered under the American home shield warranty. I contacted another company outside of American home shield and it only cost me $89 to have my lines cleared. Nothing was wrong with the compressor. I have since terminated my contract with American home shield as well as they charged me for service that was not done.

HORRIBLE service. DO NOT do business with this company. Weve waited for over a month for the **** system (two times) to be prepared. It first initiated with a worker coming out who couldnt wait to get off to smoke marijuana! Only to find out he put an outdated part in. We had multiple people view his work and confirmed it was a bad job, which resulted in an even more expensive repair because the Freon went bad. I dont even want to give one star. Beyond horrible service.
