My vehicle has been in for repairs to this dealership two times for a total of 25 days. ** directed this repair at this dealership. On 12/19 the dealership called and informed me the vehicle was repaired at 3;00 pm. At 3:09, the dealership called and stated it was not ready, that a new "check engine" light had appeared. After a visit to the dealership 45 minutes later, there was not a check engine light, the dealership had put gas into the diesel tank on my 2024 GMC Yukon diesel vehicle. The dealership lied, and tried to hide the fact that they had put gas in the diesel tank. The vehicle was driven back to the ********** by dealership employees from the gas station. Once they lied and tried to hide it, they dropped the tank ,changed fuel filters and hoped me as a consumer would not find out. They have since acknoledged they put gas in the vehicle, however, have not owned up to their mistake and have requested I return the vehicle to them so they can work with GM on as "buy back". **************** at this dealership is non-existent, and I have all the documentation showing the attempted lies and deceit proving their negligence. I have spoken with the owner, ***** Cronic, and she does not seem to comprehend the damage caused by putting gas in the diesel and driving my vehicle. The request from the dealership is to return my vehicle (2024 GMC Denali with 12K miles), and they have a used **** Explorer for me to drive until they figure out who will replace my vehicle. A **** explorer is not a comparable vehicle for me to drive while they try to cover up their lies and deceitfulness and determine if GM or they will replace it. I have a powerpoint presentation with all of the detailed information and copies of the paperwork from the dealership, not acknowledging they dropped the tank and replaced fuel filters to try to hide their huge mistake.

I got in contact with Cronic ***** in June of 2023. I then became interested in a **** Buick Envista ST. The car that was coming to them was not going to production until September 11, 2023. On July 19, 2023, I agreed to give Cronic a $500 deposit to hold the car. In August 2023 my job informed me and other workers that our work hours are being reduced. I immediately informed Chronic of this event and *********************, the salesman, said I could not get a refund. I then wrote Chronic a letter detailing my job hour reduction and requested a refund of my $500. I sent the letter to them certified mail. Now, I am asking BBB to step in on my behalf to help me receive my $500 deposit
