    On October 4th, I made a purchase from Noire Closet for one dress, with the website stating a processing time of 10 days and an additional 5 days for shipping. By October 11th, I emailed them for an update, acknowledging that it was slightly early but simply seeking reassurance on the timeline. They responded by clarifying their processing and shipping time, which I accepted as reasonable.However, on October 30thwell past the stated processing and shipping timeframeI reached out again, as my tracking information continued to show only that a label had been created, with no movement on the package. Noire Closets response was vague and dismissive, merely apologizing for any delays and assuring me that I would receive the dress soon.On November 1st, with nearly a month since my initial order, I sent a final email expressing my disappointment and requested a full refund due to what I consider a breach of service. I paid in good faith and expected timely delivery, yet as of today, November 3rd, my tracking information has not changed since October 18thit still states, label created, awaiting item. I attached all tracking details in my email, requesting a clear explanation as to why a shipping label was generated but my item never shipped. I have yet to receive any response.Noire Closet has failed to fulfill their stated shipping timelines, ignored my reasonable requests for clarification, and has not issued a refund or provided any definitive information about my order status. I feel misled and neglected as a customer and hope this complaint prompts the necessary actions for either a refund or immediate shipment of my item.

    Ive order an outfit for my birthday with expedited shipping. 1-10 processing days have long pass plus the shipping. My birthday pass including my Aruba trip Im back home and still no package! They dont reach back out only from an automatic system. As a business professional this should not be an outcome. I just honestly want to know wheres my outfit or wheres my money! As much as things are so high in ******* right now, no one should be playing with people money

    Their website is basically a scam! They have all these pictures on their page of celebrities in these cute pieces and you go to order from them and NEVER RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE! I placed an order on march 15 it's April 29 I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER! They don't have a number you can, you can't leave comments or anything on their ig page! DONT ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM YOU WONT GET IT

    My date of transaction was 11/25/2022 My order arrived on 12/15/2022.I ordered 3 items, 2 jeans and a jacket that I didnt receive. *** contacted the business and havent received a response and also the email thats is provided came back with an undeliverable message. Not to mention my jeans are not the same as advertised in pictures. I believe that they are a scam!

    I have not received my items that have a promise delivery date of mid April, the merchant refuses to give me a refund and will not give me an update on my delivery either.

    I made a purchase on the Noire Kloset website on March 1st, 2022, for a dress in the amount of $46.00. After purchasing the dress, I was not made aware of the processing and shipping policies until after I submitted an inquire via email to <********************************> on the status of the shipping on the dress on March 8th, as I never received confirmation on the order processing. I received an email response from the online store on March 9th stating there is a **** days mandatory processing period in addition to the shipping period. I let the processing and shipping time lapse. Later I reported the charge to my bank on March 19th to dispute the charge from Noire Kloset, as I received no updates on the order and assumed the website was a scam. There was no phone number to contact the online shop and the tracking number for the item kept reflecting as a pre-shipment label that had been processing for weeks. On March 27th, 2022, the dress arrives via ****** The dress is nothing like the website shows which is cheaply made and oversized. I then contacted my bank to cancel the dispute as I had finally received the item even though extremely delayed. I contacted the online website via email on April 11th, 2022 to requesting a shipping label and process a refund. The response from the store stated < ************************************> they have a no refund/return policy that is not clearly and specifically shown on the website when ordering. The store also responded stating that the order was considered a chargebackwhich in fact I never received a refund and have the banking statements to prove. All Im asking for the business is a refund for the inconvenience and transparency of the online website and would like to send the dress back. The clothing is nothing like described by the pictures on the website and the quality is made of cheap material that is nothing remotely close to what I assumed I was ordering.
