Had my car towed there for a started. Turned out my rear main leaked onto started, they fixed starter and leak, still had more oil leaks when I got car back. Took it back to have it fixed, got a call from them saying my slave cylinder broke, funny it wasn't broke when I took it back, they charged me 85 bucks for something they broke , still no refund. After a replacement was put in car still would not go into gear and my check engine light was on, ended up towing to their other shop to have job finished. In total I spent **** bucks on repairs on the car when I finally got got car , sensors were unplugged car barley started, start tower bar was left disconnected, washer and bolts left inside of engine bay, they broke my procharger belt they did replace but the belt was misaligned which began to fray new belt, thank God I only live 2 miles from them, limped car home and notice the procharger tensioner was loose. ***** at chop 3 was nice enough to correct the damage caused by *********************** at veterans parkway location, I now have car back in my possession and will no longer deal with total car care as an entity, not that I have an issue with chucks location but over all very poor experience, I have way to much money invested in my dream car to let some shop destroy it. All I can say is if you have to use total car care in Hinesville stay away from the veterans parkway location, go to the Oglethorpe location where ***** and ****** are. I didn't wanna go this route but enough is enough, oh by the way the car is still leaking oil, all in all most of the repair is ok however I didn't pay part of the **** I paid it all therefore I expect all the work to completed. Thank you ***** and your guys at your shop for correcting the problems the other shop caused.

Our main location tried to fix any and all issues related with ********************** car, our main focus was getting the clutch to work, we replaced additional issues that occurred at our second location, not charging the customer any additional money. We came up with an amount for reimbursement. Customer was told that and seemed happy with the amount, issues were then resolved. We are again very sorry for the experience.
