            I took my car coastal collision on 7/17 22 to have my car painted. Cost of job was 800 $ I gave a 200$ deposit. They called 0n the 23 and said car was ready I cash apped them 500 dollars . Went to pick car up on the 27 and the paint was horrible. Runs all over sand marks on both door. He then told me he would correct the issue and for 300 more dollar he would wet sand and buff car. I gave him 300 more dollar at that time for a total of 1000 $ I still don't have my car he refuses to give me my car after I told him several time I don't want him working on my car anymore, I have called the Hinesville police but they can't do anything because they say its a civil matter he won't even refund my money, he should be put out of business, as I looked at his Google reviews he has done this and worse to countless other people and is even black listed by the military all over the savannah area. Please help .as you can see it the photos the car is not done these were taken on this past Friday. The pictures of car next to blue truck is at my house before I took car to him ,it was primed and ready to go. Now I have to correct all the damage he has caused I have over 15k in this car and he totally destroyed it. They constantly change ownership name which is why the law hasn't been able to catch up with him . He may not eve be legal to operate.
