  Predatory practices and deceptive tactics. This company pretends to be a lead generator for real estate agents. Get you to sign an agreement with the lie of helping to build your business. They only spend less then a hundred dollars in ad spend yet bill you for $10s of thousands well after the agent tries to cancel (which is impossible since they dont respond to needs for assistance while the agent is in so called contract) in late fees on a so called audit. An audit that shows a closed sale they were not the procuring cause. Now they threaten to send the account to collections less then a day after they send an enormously inflated and false bill.

  I signed up for a 3 month subscription. I received leads that were c*** They dont know how to scrub these leads. My first few were rentals and once I told them no rentals, the leads took a while to come in. I havent closed 1 thing from them. I asked for their satisfaction guarantee from 4 different people and no response (that was weeks ago)! Crickets. 1 month free is their guarantee supposedly. I took over the leads in my portal and most of them arent even working numbers or the wrong person they have listed. Very dissatisfied. I also have asked for my ****** reviews they collected(which are not posted on ******), and I havent received a response about those either.

  I am the only *** in my brokerage and I could tell there were some leads "slipping through the cracks" as I had to make more and more phone calls, texts, and emails each day. We signed up for Agent Assistant and saw immediate significant improvement in lead engagement. We also closed three deals in the first month and a half that we likely would not have seen otherwise. Sign up is easy, the interface is simple to use, and customer service is very responsive. Highly recommended!

  Very happy with AgentAssistants services. They save me a lot of *********** through all of my inbound leads to ensure theyre qualified, which saves ******* team a lot of time. To make things even better, I have an AMAZING team success manager, *****************************! Hes always putting in a good word for me & looking out for things. 5-Stars well deserved!

  Simply put, they promise you a lot and make you sign a contract. Then they deliver terrible results with almost no effort to the point where it only makes sense to stop throwing money away but even as they deliver terrible results they refuse to let you out of the contract and on top of that will send you to a collections agency to collect future charges.

  Run..do not walk..RUN from doing business with this company. These folks are the biggest crooks known in the industry. Look at all the BBB reviews and complaints they have had. The only reason they have an A is because this is the only way to get them to respond. I signed up and specifically asked that I review any ads on my campaign BEFORE anything goes live. We made an appt to review any ads that were to go live BEFORE on boarding. They missed that appt all together. No call, no reschedule, nothing. I got a bad vibe, so immediately cancelled (inside one week). Immediately called my card company to block them. Would you believe they attempted to charge my card...have harassed me every day/ every week /every month demanding payment FOR A SERVICE THEY DIDNT EVEN PROVIDE OR SET UP. I just got a call from a collections company. How does a company attempt to collect on services THEY NEVER PROVIDED? I have had to block them from my email, phone, etc. Told scam and now harassment! Seriously...RUN!!

  As a real estate agent, Agent Assistant has helped me reduce my workload and sift through all my leads as they come in, which helps with my productivity. They are very professional and they represent me with true professionalism when they are doing a warm transfer. They have made my life so much easier and now I have time for other important aspects of my life... Family. In the beginning, it was a little rough because I did not think they understood me but they listened to what I had to say and it was resolved immediately. I really can't say how much this has freed me ** in my business and when I hear that special ringtone, I know it is TIME TO MAKE MONEY. Best investment in my business. This service is a great addition to any agent's business.
