I purchased 1 5XL Faja Colombian Tummy Control Shaper from a business named Kickweightwithkeisha on on 1/14//2024. The order number is ORDER #*****. I received an email on 1/22/2024 advising that the order has been shipped. I reviewd the **** tracking number ******************************. & as of January 23 2024 through today; it never was received by ****. I have tried to reach out to the busines mutiple times via email at ******************************** with a copy of the order confirmation email with no resposne. I have called the business at ************** and left several messages starting 2-3-24 through today 2-29-24 with no response. I went to the website *********************************** and sent a message through the chat on 2-6-2024 & 2-7-2024 with no response although the chat states we respond immediately. I also tried again today on 2-29-24 with no response. I would like this issue rectified. The item needs to be shipped to me or I need to be reimbursed the $81..17 spent on the item. I also tried to reach out on Instragram and TikToc but this busines appears to be a scam. I have documentation for everything stated above.Initial Complaint

I purchased shape wear from Kick Weight With Keisha on January 20, ****. On January 26, **** they printed a **** label but never delivered the items to the carrier. I have reached out to them numerous times via email, direct message, phone calls and on social media and have yet to receive a reply or a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order # ***** for a FUBA be gone and received a confirmation that the order was being processed on January 19. I have since then been trying to contact the company by email as well as left a voicemail to verify. Whats the status of my order order because their website says they ship within 3 to 5 days.? *** sent an inbox to the owner of the company with no response, as well as no return call or no return email. I followed this company and I am very disappointed with their customer service. I dont know if there was an issue because there was a 40% sale and they had a ton of orders but Im disappointed that no one responded to any of my inquiries about my order. ****************************** it appears a **** Label has been created with this number but its been awaiting the item since January 19.? I just want my item shipped. I see that there are several complaints on here for the same type of thing so this is obviously a pattern.. I was tempted to go on the page and make a comment but I dont want to do that because this is a black business but come on? You gotta do better! I do believe that the item is a quality product. I just want my item and to have to wait, this long is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

On January 7, ****, I placed an order for $224.02 for 4 items-KWWK high waist sculpt shorts, Faja Columbian Tummy Control Shaper, KWWK Seamless Tummy Control, and the Fupa Be Gone Waist Trainer. I emailed the company from the site to get a shipment status update a couple of days later being that I did not get a confirmation of the order but a charge was placed on my credit card for $224.02. On January 9, **** I received a "Thank you" from the company and on January 12, ****, I received an email indicating that "Your order is on the way" with a long **** tracking **** #****************************** for my KWWK order #*****. After not being able to track it a week later, I reached out to the company via phone, numerous emails, and finally a DM on Instagram with no reply from the company. Every communication I sent was totally ignored without any response back. I asked for a refund being that they were paid and my items were not delivered or had been placed with ****. The pre-shipment was created on January 12th according to **** and according to the tracking site with **** they are still awaiting the package from the company. Because it has been so long, I would like my refund back because it seems as if they no longer have items to sale. It's fraudulent business to take monies and not send the products. I received an email last week and one this week to review my products. I tried to contact the company again to let them know that I never received the products. At this point, I would like my money back that I paid and I will never do business with this company again although I really wanted the products. It's very disheartening to see that she is online everyday, several times a day and not contacting customers nor shipping items that were paid for.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thanks for your intervention BBB. I have finally received my products today after 1 month of placing my order. This business has the worst customer service in responding back regarding product status.

Purchased compression faja on this website on 1/16/24 - have not received the item yet my credit card has been charged. I have called, emailed texted, left direct messages on Instagram and still no response or answers. I want my money back, this is frustrating and hurtful because of the trust that people put in you and you Keisha wont even acknowledge a wrong!!Initial Complaint

I ordered my merchandise on 01/15/2024 and it stated that it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. I have not received anything. I have emailed, I have chatted and I have called several times and there has been no response. I would either like what I paid for or I would like a refund.Business response

I placed an order on January 4, **** for the waist trainer and fupa be gone. On January 4, **** i received email confirmation. On January 6th, I received an email saying it was preparing to ship. Since January 11th, the tracking number for **** is still pending in GA as of January 26, ****. It states they have not received the package yet. The order number was *****. I have contacted seller with no response. They sent an email asking for me to rate the product I have yet to receive. I feel this is bad customer service and bad business. I would like a refund immediately.Business response

I ordered two items (ORDER #*****) on 12/23/23; received an email on 12/25/23 stating items will be shipped soon. I received a shipment confirmation on 1/2/**** (******************************). As of 1/26/24 I still have not received items ordered. The status at **** says **** is still awaiting products. I did send an email on Jan 12, **** requesting an update on the items and did not receive a response. I have not been able to reach anyone through the number listed either. I would like an update or refund as it has been over a month since I ordered items. Better communication would be appreciated.Business response

I placed an order on the www.kickweightwithkeisha.com website, on January 11th. ****. At first, I had difficulties with the website accepting my cc information, for whatever reason. However, I reached out to the email address for this company, and I did get a response back and was eventually able to place my order. On January 15th I emailed to check the status of my order, since there was no movement or change with my order, and never got a response back, until January 17th I received an email that I have attached as evidence stating that my order had shipped and provided me the **** tracking number. However, when you track this number via the **** website it shows that **** has yet to receive the package for shipment. So, I have emailed ******************************** again inquiring about my order on 3 separate days, and no response back. Today I called and left a message on her ************ and no one ever picks up or answers this phone number, you always get a voicemail. So. I left my name, phone number, and order number #***** on the voicemail and have yet to receive a callback. So, it has now been a total of 14 DAYS since placing my order on January 11th and I have yet to receive it or receive accurate proof that my order is in route to me. This is unacceptable for any company. I have received no customer service or assistance at all, nor the product that I ordered and paid for. I simply want what I paid for. This issue has made me not want to continue dealing with the company or following her on social media, as I believe social media is how she receives her customer base. Very disappointed, that I had to go this route to even try to get any resolution.Business response
