    I placed an order in December and only received 2/3 of the order. I reached out to the support team and was advised that the order was shipped with a tracking number that didnt track anything. Every month its something different. Bottom line I need my money back or the product. ********, keep telling me that she refunded the money and it has not been refunded. Im going to take it a step further and get legal advice at this point. Im not disputing anything with my bank. I sent you my money and you need to send it BACK. Collagen peptide! This is why, we dont support our own people.

    When you placed your order on 11/30/24, the Collagen Peptides was on pre-order, which the Pre-Ordered Collagen Peptides were clearly displayed as pre-order on the website. When you reached out to us on 12/16/24 about your Collagen Peptides, I replied to you explaining that the Collagen Peptides was on Pre-order. Shipping reached out to you that same day and provided you with the Tracking Information for you Collagen Peptides package; and again, informed you that the Collagen Peptides is pre order and will ship soon as they arrive. Your replied "ok, Thank You".  We also informed you that we would be more than happy to provide you a refund if you prefer. Somewhere in between that, you entered a dispute with your bank and requested a full refund; even though, at that time, you had received your whole order except for the Collagen Peptides. You emailed us again on 3/17/25. In that email, you asked for a refund. I explained to you that we would have been more than happy to issue you a refund for the Collagen Peptides, however, we are now unable to do anything on your account because of the Bank Dispute that you entered with your bank. I also advised you to contact your bank moving forward because I was unable to do anything on your account because the account was under a dispute. I never told you that a refund was issued to you. That is a flat out lie. I have attached our email chain to prove and show the correspondence between us. Not to mention, your Collagen Peptides show as delivered as well. Your bank investigated this matter and concluded that your entire order was delivered to and therefore, sided with us in the dispute. After you seen that your bank's investigation proved that your Order was delivered to you, then you came to the BBB to file a false complaint. We take false accusations extremely serious and will work diligently with the BBB to ensure you don't make any more false complaints on businesses moving forward. If you have any more question or concerns, please contact your Bank.

    On March 13th around 9:00 a.m. I went on Kik for Keisha shapewear website to order shapewear I had ordered before so they had my old payment method stored already I wanted to pay with another payment method and when I went to submit the payment I didn't realize it was still connected to the old payment method I tried to cancel seconds later when I went to submit payment and found out that there were two of the same order their policyis you can't cancel after shipping then you will only receive store credit so I've sent several emails immediately after purchasing to cancel merchandise because I did not want store credit no response it's now later on in the day still no response when you try to contact them by phone it goes completely dead. So now I'm being sent two of the same item in hopes that when being returned they don't try to give me a store credit when all they had to do was cancel the item. Shortly after I had placed the order minutes later I received email confirming that the items were shipped attached or confirming emails

    All payment information is entered by the customer at the time of purchase. We do not store customers' card information. Please understand we are a business and ask to allow 24 to 72 hours for us to respond to emails. Yes, you did email us yesterday, 3/13/25, asking for one of your orders to be cancelled. However, your orders shipped out the same day (3/13/25). We received this complaint on 3/13/25 also. Today is 3/14/25 at 12:19 am. This complaint is what prompted us to search for an email from you because all this has transpired in less than 24 hours. Nevertheless, please return one of the orders in new (never worn) condition and we will issue you a refund. Please include a note in the package referencing this BBB complaint number.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I had to take it upon myself to contact my credit card company and put in for a dispute to have the funds put back on my card because I still did not receive merchandise that they said was shipped out after contacting the Better Business bureau and filing a dispute. I see a letter stating the charges were refunded but they were not refunded by their negligence they were refunded due to me taking matters into my own hands and filing the dispute. Both times the only time I get a response from them is when I contacted the Better Business bureau and then when I put in the dispute to have my funds refunded on my credit card. How can they cancel an order on April 2nd that should have been shipped out March 13th?

    The item I ordered was not in my original package (the first delivered order) these folks sent me a 2XX which was way too small !! This item did not have any tags on the item they sent !!! I sent the item back (they stated unreturnable) because of the item being worn !!!!! SCAM !!!! How can I wear it , if I can not fit it !! Then more scam (they stated it smelled worn !!!! And I received it this way !!! It smells like rubber !!!!! This is a scam and not worth me being upset !!! They have poor customer service !!!! And no tags were on the item !!! They stated if when you return item the tags should be in item but there were no tag on this item that they wrongfully sent me !!!!!! They sent me the wrong item !!!!! Then on top of that they would not allow me to send back the wrong item (they mistakenly sent me) !!!! Like they dont take responsibility for sending me the wrong item and then stated I washed the item (which I didnt) they are a scam and will do anything to take your money and not let you return it ( it is not worn) !!!!! Or washed !!!! If I cant figure nd the original ticket ., the company should have my name number in their computer and issue store credit !!! SCAM !! And they will take your money though !! And give you a nasty message stating you wore the item !!!! WOW !!! Poor customer service !!!!!!!! So sad and disgusted !! Tummy control tank top at $58.80 dollars !!! Money is gone !!! We do allow for exchanges; however, our exchange policy outlines the guidelines for exchanges. One of the guidelines is that the items being exchange must be unworn and in new condition. When we received your item back, it was very dirty. Our returns department was just following protocol and procedure by returning your 2xl Waist Trainer Vest because it appeared visibly worn and dirty. Nevertheless, we reshipped you another new 2xl Waist Trainer Vest as a courtesy and as a token of our appreciation for your business. Tracking Info was sent to you via your email address on file.     Purchased a waist trainer, Faja and 15 day slimming tea on January 15th. Received the Faja and waist shaper on January 27th with a note written on my receipt that the 15 day slimming tea would be shipped separately. To date, Feb 18th, I have not received it. Reached out to customer service and like other complaints, I was sent a pre- shipment label tracking number from Jan 27th. No response to calls, social media, email or the website chat. I requested a refund via email and nothing.

    I ordered on January 31 2025 the detox bundle the tummy control tank top and slimming coffee. I received a incomplete package the slimming tea and coffee were missing. I emailed them send pictures no response for a couple of days. Then all in a sudden they apologize sending me a tracking number but it has been weeks I'm always checking and it keeps telling me that a label was created so been emailing them for days and no response from anyone I'm disappointed and very angry at this point.

    I made an order 2/08/2025 with kicking weight Keisha on her online site. I received a package February 13, 2025 with only ONE item in there of the FOUR that I ************ order #***** I order 4 items and I was only delivered one. Im missing;KWWK snatched jumpsuit size XL/2XL KWWK Ultimate control side zipper faja XL Fufa be done faja XL I sent them several emails, send direct message on Instagram and I also called the phone number and no one answered for customer service. Ive got no response on emails. I would either like a refund or to receive the items I ordered because I did spend a lot of money on these items. Its not fair to get scammed out of money. As you can see in the pictures I enclosed thats the one item that I received. You cant even fit four items in that bag thatthey sent me. Its really unfortunate because I was really excited about receiving these items.

    I ordered an extreme full body faja and a fupa be gone waist trainer on 1/10/2025. On 1/15/2025 a shipping label was created but **** have not received the order for shipping. I reached out to the CEO Keisha ****** during her TikTok live about my order with no response. I reached out on the online chat support for help no response. I called two 1800 numbers associated with this business and no response ************* and *************. I reached out to her support team by email ******************************** inquiring about my order. The support team stated on 1/21/2025 I would receive a tracking update by the end of the day on 1/22/2025. I waited until the end of the day of 1/23/2025 and no tracking updates or response from the support team. I emailed the support team again for an update/refund on 1/23/2025 and 1/24/2025 with no response. After carefully reading the reviews on ******, this looks to be a repetitive problems customers have with this business. Customers are buying merchandise and are not receiving their product at all or months away which is unacceptable. I have also filed a claim with my bank for a refund as of today 1/24/2025. Please help me get my refund and to stop this business from scamming people.

The original order total was $101.47; $27.28 was refunded to you on 1/31/25 for the **************** The only correspondence/email we have from you was on 12/6/25, which we responded back to your email that same day. We did not attach a copy of our email chain due to privacy reasons. Our customer service department works diligently to ensure customer satisfaction.     KKWK you charged on Jan 4th my cc for ******. On Jan 31st which is 4 weeks after I paid full price of ******. You did just issue a refund on Jan 31st. As I stated I reached out to your customer service  Never replied back. I would never lie on anyone but stand on business yall never reached out to me until I filed this complaint on **** not responding. I work hard to my money and I gave you more than enough time to reply back. Someone posted on your page yall never reply to customer request on order status and to file bbb compliant to request a refund . To say I am lieing on your company is false yall need to do better as a small black business in replying back to customer about orders and stop ignoring like your paid customers don't matter. I am disappointed in how you don't take accountability in your lack of not following up when I want to know the status of my Paid order. Make it make sense. I shouldn't have to make a complaint if your customer service team would follow up on my emails which I sent several under both of my email address since you didn't reply to neither. Thank you for my refund and I hate I had to file a complaint for you to reply back. This is not a good business practice in order for you to reply back. Let's be proactive and provide good customer service with feedback on paid customers orders in the future.

    Yes, you were charged for the purchase you made. Furthermore, we have email correspondence between us showing where we responded to several of your emails. Your emails specifically asked about Collagen Peptides not Coffee. On 1/20/25, you emailed us inquiring about your Collagen Peptides and stated:

    "Hi,
    I am ******* ******* checking the status on when the collagen peptide will be shipped? I paid for my complete order on Jan 4th. You tagged my order of 4 items as fully delivered when it wasn't.
    Please advise when I can expect item you didn't ship.

    If item is not shipped in the next week I would a refund on the collagen peptides.
    I look forward to hearing from you soon."



    You did not mention anything about Coffee missing from your package, only Collagen Peptides (email screenshots not attached due to privacy reasons). Please notice the verbiage in your emailed statement above. You said "item" not "items" as if you were only referencing to only 1 item (Collagen Peptides) being missing from your package. Furthermore, it was notated on your packing slip that Collagen Peptides were Pre Order and shipped separately. Your Collagen Peptides did ship before the allotted timeframe and was delivered on 1/30/25 @ 11:48am. Please see the attached screenshots that shows proof of delivery for Order #***** and your Collagen Peptides. At this point, on our end, this order was completely fulfilled and all items delivered; because keep in mind per your email, only the Collagen Peptides was missing from your original package that was delivered on 1/18/25. We were not made aware that you were missing Coffee until we received this complaint. Because we are extremely customer satisfaction driven, you were issued a refund for the Coffee even though we have not received one email from you stating that your Coffee was missing from your package that was delivered on 1/18/25. Please know that we understand that emails can be filtered and result in miscommunications, which is why we issued a refund for the Coffee no questions asked.
