1 starI would never order with them again. Please be aware. I placed an order on August 6th I paid for 2 day shipping talked to a representative on August 12th stating my backdrop would be here by Friday. I called today the representative said by Saturday. My event is tonight the ***** tracking order dont say anything but ********* accounts states today. I asked for a refund and the representative refused. This is false advertisement. My client is upset and I have to refund money because I can not decorate at 100%.Bannerbuzz

With priority shipping, there was an 89% chance of delivery by Friday, 15th August, and an 11% chance of delivery by Monday. Upon receiving your confirmation, the order was moved into production. 1 starI ordered a backdrop from Bannerbuzz which included an expedited charge to ensure my order would arrive on time. Bannerbuzz outsourced my order to ***** and it got stuck in customs for 3 days. The backdrop arrived the Monday after my event date and the poles for the backdrop didnt arrive until Tuesday after the event date. I am upset that I wasnt told about their projects being outsourced outside the country. I wouldnt have ordered with them if I knew this. I think this is an important fact they should tell their customers. I am now fighting to get my refund back with terrible customer service.Bannerbuzz

1 starArtwork was printed wrong on a banner. I was suppose to receive a proof and never did. Even though their customer service *** told me 3 times that I would receive a proof knowing that the order was shipping priority overnight. While I was on the website, placing the order, I selected: Proof requested. A proof was never sent and the artwork printed incorrectly. After the order had already been printed, I was told that they do not send proofs when you ask for priority overnight shipping. I explained that if that is the case, there should not be a Proof option, nor should the ***s verbally tell people they will receive a proof even after being told that this is a priority over-night shipping. They were nice enough to refund me the shipping and tax but I told them I am not paying the $36.16 for the bad printing because of a lack of proofing where I could have caught the bad artwork and fixed it, and now knowing that I would have never received a proof or notification that they printed the order.Bannerbuzz

1 starBELIEVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE BAD REVIEWS! I was apprehensive to order from them again because I had such a bad experience in the past but I figured, let me give it another try. These people are such scammers! This is the SECOND time I am having an issue with them. The first time, I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved and sue their insurance until they gave me a refund. They badly messed up one of my print jobs I need for a trade show. They asked me if I want a refund and I said I did. Instead of a refund, they said they would reprint the order because they had indeed messed up the print job and get it to me in time. I then received a confirmation stating my re-print would not arrive until July 1st. I need it for June 27th. They also deleted the order record from my account so I can no longer access it. I sent MULTIPLE emails and I was ignored. I tried to go on chat and they literally just ghosted me once I gave them the order number. I regret not charging it on my **************** card because now I have to dispute it with my credit card and file a complaint with the state attorney general for mail fraud. They did this last time they messed up my print job as well. They gave me a hard time and tried to ghost me and I literally had to write a certified registered letter to their CEO to get a refund! It's absolutely despicable behavior. They outsource everything overseas- the printing and their customer service and they own multiple websites. They treat customers like absolute garbage and with utmost disregard when you are dissatisfied. I am not kidding when I say THEY LITERALLY IGNORE YOU when you have an issue with your order.Review fromKathaleen T

1 starDO NOT USE BANNERBUZZ!!! I ordered a custom canopy and tent frame, I have yet to receive the $265 hardware. No response to emails, and have been waiting on hold for OVER an hour now trying to speak to someone. The new tracking number has shown the same message for a week now, 'Label created but not yet in the system'.Bannerbuzz

1 starI've been trying to get my proof updated for over a month now, and no one has responded. Every time I call, I'm told it takes 2448 hours for a reply, but nothing ever happens. Each call seems to reset the case, giving the impression that a new 48-hour window startsyet still no resolution. I've already missed the deadline I needed this for, and it's extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, I'm being told I can't get a refund. This situation is unacceptable.Bannerbuzz

1 starThe absolute WORST experience --- didn't acknowledge the order for 2 weeks (was suppose to have shipped out by the time they finally acknowledged my order (I should have just reversed the charge right them) - then another two weeks of going back and forth with them about what i ordered for them understand that where i had white ink in my creative i wanted it to be white and not see-thru on the window cling -- and then finally when it did arrive.. let's just say that this window cling -- did not clung..... I will be steering clear of this company in the future... They are inexpensive, yes - but perfect example of you get what you pay for.Bannerbuzz

5 starsI received exactly what I needed. They did email several times to ensure that they were providing exactly I was asking for, and had I not noticed the emails from them, my order would have been late for my event. But I responded promptly to their emails and the sign was ready on time. They did ask questions I felt could probably have been answered by design submitted, but I think they were just trying to ensure what they provided was what I wanted.Bannerbuzz
