1 starTrying to order ANYTHING is a headache. The customer service is outsourced and clueless. They will basically waste your time for two weeks trying to get design approved. And if you are tax exempt forget about it. Our business will no longer be spending money there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Bannerbuzz

1 starDon't buy from this company. You will pay express and this order is coming from *****. They sent me two banner which the material was breaking into pieces while removing it from paper. I called them created a ticket to get my refund back and they never responded. I emailed them and still no answers. Don't waste your time nor money.Bannerbuzz

1 starI placed an order with BannerBuzz on February 24 2025, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, their design team was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite providing clear mockups, it took them 22 days to understand my designsomething that should have been straightforward.After all that wasted time, they then informed me that shipping would take another 15 days, pushing my delivery date all the way to April 1. That was the final straw. I requested a refund, and now theyre saying I have to wait another 7 days just to get my money back.Honestly, this is partly my fault for giving them another chance. My past orders with them had print mistakes, color mismatches, and poor product quality, but I wanted to believe they had improved. They ************ mestay away. Their product quality is low, and their communication is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and support local businesses instead. At least then, you can speak to someone who actually understands your request and can offer real customer service.Bannerbuzz

1 starI wish I had seen the reviews before putting an order in. I ordered a pop up banner and had left the exact comments of color of fabric and white lettering of our logo and website. It was estimated to arrive a couple days prior to my event without extra shipping and ample time to allow for any changes to design. Needless to say I waited a week and never heard a word so decided to email. I got a response the next day and they hadn't completed any of the items I had left in comments. Needless to say they delayed things so much and I had to make multiple calls just to have the job completed 10min over the phone. Upon approving design and agreeing to arriving a day later, I get another email saying my items now on hold. I call again and due to delay it couldn't come until a day later which was my event day and for that, they wanted to slap me with $160 for expedited service. I tried to talk to them but they had zero customer service. I did feel that if the design took 10min over the phone, they could have prevented the 2 weeks of calling/emailing them for update. Needless to say I cancelled the order as I was fed up. Do not use them!Bannerbuzz

1 starI would give them zero stars if I could. Their customer service is the worst, and it's all outsourced. If you have a time-sensitive issue, don't expect a quick response to your email. When you call, you'll be speaking to someone in *****, and your order will be printed and shipped from there. Even the chat feature is no help when you have problems. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from this company.Bannerbuzz

1 starThis is twice that they piddled around with holds on my product to where you have to pay a large amount of shipping. They are not based in the ** as per their ***** Creek ******* Contact information. Emails sent by them are a day ahead and I have never talked with a person who doesn't have a foreign accent and do not speak very good English.Bannerbuzz

1 starordered a tent top and it came in the wrong size they refuse to send a new one in the correct size instead keep offering me 50% off a new one or 50& their frame which is the same size as mine. Top is 4" too small on each side it's not going to fit anything.Bannerbuzz

1 starI ordered 6 big head cutouts from ***********. After many back- and forths about the importance of the size of the product I was ordering, and updating the order to a larger size to be sure, BannerBuzz sent 1 of the 6 items in a size smaller than what I ordered and paid for, with no notification or reason for this change. So now I have 5 items that are twice as large as the last one... and there is no time to correct the mistake since the order was for an event. Not to mention that they charge an exorbitant amount for overnight delivery (if I was ordering 6 cutouts of the same image, delivery would have been $46, but because I ordered six different images, I was charged $113 for shipping and was told this was because of a bulk discount. This makes no sense when the items are packed and shipped exactly the same way.). Also, their customer service representatives are difficult to understand, and the customer service response within 24 hours does not work when you have a time-sensitive order. I would never recommend working with them. Save yourself the headache and cost.Bannerbuzz

1 starThis business is terrible. I ordered specially sized window clings from them for the shop I work at. Not only did I experience many, many mistakes during my order but even after calling them and speaking to someone on the phone to adjust sizes, I still got the wrong size AND three of the orders were made for interior placement, and not the outside placement we needed. I've now been on a wild goose ***** of speaking with random agents, being promised call-backs that never come, and just generally getting read scripts that give me the brush off. Do not waste your time with this company. They say they have good prices, but it comes at the cost of your sanity, time, and correct order. I am still in call-back/agent limbo with them even after a month, and there's no guarantee they will even reship me the correct sizes.Bannerbuzz

1 starOrder banners from this company because them show a GA address and we wanted an American made product. BannerBuzz is out sourced this order to ***** and when it arrived it was not the size we ordered it was an 1-1.25 smaller both height and length.I emailed them to see what could be done and they just made excuses and said they will try and do better next time.After a few days of emailing the company they said theyd make it right and now tonight they say theres nothing they can do and if I want to order another design to let them ******* not trust this company they lie and promise things they nicely tell you to beat it.Bannerbuzz
