      Hi, I purchased a one month car wash plan for $38.99 on 11/3/23 at *****'s Car Wash in *********, **, *****. On 11/22/23 I went in for a wash and the car wash damaged my driver's side mirror. I contacted this business by phone before I left the Premises, explained what had just happened and the ***************** on the phone said it wasn't anything he could do and to come back Friday when the manager will be there. So I waited till Friday and decided to call up there. I spoke to a manager and explained my situation and she told me if I didn't fill out some warranty claim sheet before I left, there is nothing they can do. The ******************* was talking to on the phone after it happened didn't mention anything about me having to fill out a warranty claim paper before I left. All he said was to come back Friday when a manager will be on-site. All I want is for them to pay for my driver's side mirror that got damaged in their car wash. They also have cameras all over the building so I'm sure it's all on camera as well. If you all could kindly help me get this situation resolved, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

      I am the new general manager of *****'s Express. I reached out to ************ and he told me about the situation with his vehicle. We now have his information in the system and are currently working on resolving the issue. The video footage is being reviewed and ************ has provided us with an estimate for repair.

      On July 20,2023 myself and a friend went to the car wash for service. My friend drove my car through the express wash. While in the wash, a piece on the side of my drivers side windshield was knocked off. My friend exits the car wash and proceeds to a parking spot to vacuum the car out. He informs me that the piece was knocked off during the wash. At that time a staff member walks up carrying the piece and proceeds to the office to get the manager, *****. The manager comes and inspects and takes pictures and has me fill out and electronic complaint. ***** stated it would take 3-5 days and if I dont hear anything call and ask for him. I waited about **** days before calling the car wash but ***** was not there. The staff member on the phone was a female and she informed me that it was still under investigation. I waited another 2-3 weeks and had not heard from anyone so I called again. The same female staff member answered and informed me that the status showed under investigation still. She asked had anyone been in contact with me which I informed her no. She said she would put a note in and she was sorry for the inconvenience. On 8/24/23 I received a voicemail from the *** *****, asking me to return his call. I called but got no answer and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and called again same result, I left a voicemail. He has never returned my call. I emailed him at *********************************** on 9/1/23 and still did not receive a response. At this point its almost been 2 months and I nothing has been resolved. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
