Ok don't really think it deserves 1 star, but I had to give it something... SO. When I first spoke to ******* he answered all of my questions and actually made me so happy! A couple of days before my son's 13th birthday party, a lady named **** calls and pretty much tells me that there are several things that I was promised for the party that are just not going to happen. She did apologize for his over promising of a good time but that didn't help me in the situation. Everything that ******* and I had planned, when **** went over the details - something was incorrect. She had to keep putting me on hold. After finally getting frustrated with me, she said I'll just call you tomorrow to go over the details. So all night I was going crazy trying to figure things out. The day before the party she called back and said that she could only offer me -not -even $20 for my inconveniences. I expressed to her how upset I was and then she said she could just refund my money and I could go somewhere else! What?!? This was the day BEFORE my son's birthday party!!! There wasn't anything I could do! The party happened and when we there, everything was a MESS!!!! Nothing was organized. No one had their details together. It was quite embarrassing. These parties are not cheap either!!! When booking this event, I was advised my party would be downstairs because of family members attending couldn't do stairs. They had us upstairs. I was also advised that unlimited water would be available. NOPE. I was advised that a DJ would be there for the Glow Out Party package I paid for. NOPE. That Glow Swag would be given out. The only thing handed out were these cheap a$$ glow bracelets and necklaces. Really? For a $500+ party?! That's it?!?!? I was promised that the party jumpers would be able to Zipline. NOPE. The attraction was closed. This place is REALLY missing a lot of what it needs. I'm super disappointed and I hyped this venue up on the invitations for nothing. How embarrassing.
