    The moving company damaged my property and will not take ownership of the issue. Their truck ramped into my gutter and caused damage there as well as ruined some of my grass. I tried filing a claim and they tried to blame me and will not pay to fix my property damage. I do not know other than coming here what to do.

    I hired College Hunks to help with a move on Nov 3rd, 2023. They quoted me an initial price of $800 and by the end charged me $1827. Part of these charges included boxes that I was charged for despite boxes being provided. The rest was the extra time taken. Because of a personal situation I was unable to be present to supervise the move for longer than the first 15 minutes. I left someone in charge who was never asked to consent to these charges. I was only made aware of them at the end of the move with no choice but to sign the invoice. Furthermore, multiple items were broken and damaged including a 2k electronic item I use for my work that was damaged through sheer negligence. I was told that the best compensation that could be provided was 60 cents per pound. All my attempts to resolve this with the company have been unsuccessful. I've been ignored, my calls not returned and when I did finally get someone on the line they told me there was nothing they could do.

    Contacted and hired the company for assistance with unloading items from a trailer. During the course of the move, severe damage was done to walls and floors of home. Filed claim with company and was informed that claims department would reach out in 24 hours. Have heard nothing from company and it is very difficult to reach local office by phone. Seeking payment in the amount needed to repair damaged home.

    I used thier "professional" loading/moving services on June of 2022 to load moving PODS. $700 worth of goods broke due to improper loading practices. The compamy declined any resolution BEFORE even seeing my report/evidence. I requested PODS **** Look into the items and consider resolution as I purchased extra insurance through them and thier investigation found the same improper loading practices. Images of aforementioned practices are attached. Denote in one image a box clearly marked "FRAGILE" is loaded under heavy materials. The secure straps not properly applied.

    I canceled my appointment for moving service on June 17, 2022 even though the appointment was for June 29, 2022. Ive never received my $150 deposit even though Ive called and several employees stated that they submitted the request. Ive even emailed them and no response. Today is July 9th and I still have not received a call or my $150 deposit. Confirmation number *******.

    We sold our franchise in September, 2021, and have had nothing to do with the business since that time. Regardless, the complaint originates at an address that we did not own even when we had the business. We suggest you contact the franchisor to see who now owns the business.
