December 31st I purchased a vehicle from Nissan. A couple of weeks later they said they could not get the financing done with my original income. I submitted a second ************** ******** told me it was approved & to come back to the dealership to sign paperwork. I signed the paperwork & took the car home. An entire month went by & January 28th they called me saying *********** the lender needed to ask me questions. I told them I was unable to come to the dealer and to have them call me. They refused. They requested I bring the car back by 5pm or else they were calling the police. I asked them to have my trade in car ready for pick up when I arrived. A ***** ***** told me it was still available and I could pick it up. I arrived & they instantly stole my Brand new car back & no longer had my trade in car. The traded in car has NOT been paid off yet & they DO NOT have the title so they illegally sold it. ***** ***** I think is a fake name. ***** the manager cussed me and my mother out. Threatened us with police and told me I was going no where with my life and I would be a felon and in jail. This was because I refused to pay damages on a car from a previous car accident where someone rear ended me. The damages were not caused by me. They were very unprofessional & treated us terribly & threatened and cursed at us. I am contacting a lawyer & no longer will do business with them. I have still not received the payoff amount for my vehicle or the vehicle back. So now I do not have a car. I also have not gotten my down payment backInitial Complaint

We ended purchased a 2025 Nissan Rogue on Nov. 17, having worked with a salesman that we later found out not in fact a permanent salesman at your dealership, but had been brought in for a Sales ******** far, we have experienced the following:1) The salesman agreed to throw in an inside cargo cover as part of the sale. However, he did not bother to tell anyone that he had done so. When we inquires the next day, the sales staff was completely unaware. After some discussion, they agreed to order the cover. We made a return trip to the dealership the following Monday as we were told that it would be there and we could pick it up. It was not there and we were told we had to continue to wait but that we would be given gas cards to make up for the trips we had to make. However, the cover is on backorder and to this day we have yet to receive it. 2) When we went to install the new license plate on the vehicle, we were unable to get one of the screws to come out. We went to the dealership AGAIN, which after a couple of hours we were informed the s**** that was used was too big and they could not get it out. They then had to remove the back cover of the tail gate to access from the back to remove it. On a BRAND NEW vehicle, we have now had to have part of it taken apart just to remove a s**** that never should have been used in the first place. On top of all of that - once it was finally fixed, the service tech left greasy fingerprints all over the vehicle that we had to go back and ask them to clean off, and they hadnt even helped to install the license plate which we had to ask them again to help with. The dealership has continued to be almost entirely non-responsive to our attempts to have a follow-up conversation and regarding the cargo cover (with the exception of one email from ****). We would like to be given the cargo cover the salesman promised and to have a conversation around our experience and the service made to the tailgate of the vehicle.Initial Complaint

My date of purchase is 07/31/2024.First issue is that I was sent a loan/lease termination invitation. It had the costs of my current loan listed and it said it would pay off my loan and get me into a 2023 or 2024 nissan. When I get to the dealership I provide my info and was told that they could only pay for the trade in value of my current vehicle. They were only going to pay out $3400 and my total loan amount was $10,450. I negotiated to $7,800 but they told me they could not pay off my loan completely. I said to the sales man that the dealership performed a bait and switch which is a illegal fraud ******** second issue is the pricing of my vehicle. The total **** on my contract was around $32,000. When I looked at the town center nissan website the day after purchasing my vehicle I found that the **** was $26,000 to $27,000. When I asked why the price I was charged was different from the website I was informed there are specific qualifications that had to be met. I of course was not told those qualifications.I tried to talk with ****, one of the sales managers, and he just talks in circles. I called to ask about the ****, and he advised that the reason the price for my vehicle was different from the window sticker is because of the add-ons that were "added to my vehicle", which I did not consent too. He also advised that I was informed of this price increase, and I was not, nor did I sign a document while completing the deal that advised of the said price increase of $3900. He also advised that the ad-on price would show on the window sticker; but upon checking it, those add-ons are not listed.Additionally, while speaking on the phone with him, ****, advised that I was offered two different financing deals; one for a lower interest rate of 6 percent but I would pay the **** or two a higher interest rate of 9 percent and I would get the online internet price. That option was NEVER presented to me.Initial Complaint

Ive informed them multiple times that I have an electric vehicle and I do not need their services. Ive blocked multiple phone numbers from them and they continue to call me. I purchased a 2024 pathfinder in March and the tint was illegal and there was a bubble in the drivers side of the front. I took it to them and they lied and it didn't get fixed, so I took it xs 2 to a different place at ************** and it was not done right. Then I took it back to Nissan and they lied again. So I had it fixed in **** and here is the bill. They owe me 100 dollars at least.Business Response

We are sorry that you were not happy with the window tint shade, we replaced the window tint two times before the customer informed us they wanted it darker. As the tint was already tat the legal limit of darkness. The customer claimed that it had a hole in the tint we inspected the vehicle and documented its condition as being perfect the customer inspected it and agreed that it had no imperfections then a few days lasted insisted that we pay someone else to put on darker tint. Unfortunately this customer has been dishonest in their description of this situation to attempt to paint the dealership in a poor light. We still can not and will not put illegal tint on your vehicle as that is against our policies and would be illegal.Customer Answer

My car was making a loud humming noise. I needed both rear wheel bearings replaced on my 2017 Nissan Versa & got it done at Town Center Nissan, ******** **. Then the hum was not as loud.Several months later, the sound was more pronounced again. I assumed it must be the front bearings (since I paid Nissan $1,544 to replace the rear bearings). I took it to ****************, ********* ** - an independent shop. They said the problem was not with the front bearings, but with the right rear wheel bearing & that the ********* who replaced it did not install a snap ring! That caused premature, bearing failure and an unsafe condition. This is very serious and could have easily cost my life and potentially the lives of others on the road.I would like a refund of the $1,544 and for Town Center Nissan to be monitored more closely before someone loses their life.Business Response

I've come here to file a complaint about the deceptive advertising that this dealer runs. I had no idea until coming here that this isn't a new thing as there are already 2 complaints here about this same issue. I can also see the canned response that is given each time, that technically they are not doing anything wrong because they use a system in which the game card that you open shows you have won a large amount of money, but on the letter under your address there is a small code and that code is what actually determines your prize not the large, eye grabbing game piece that you have to physically open and then match to a legend that tells you you won, ***** or even *****. What they do is say oh yea that game piece is not what determines if you've won, we have sent that you just to play with, what really determines your prize is this teeny ***** code, that we only alluded to, They say" You will need your prize validation code, found in the address panel to confirm prize. What prize are we confirming? That would be the prize on the game piece, the game piece that means nothing, that was just for fun. Why do you have a whole icon table that relates to certain prizes if the icons on the game car hold no value? You know what you're doing and it is so underhanded. If these people are willing to prey on people at Christmas time and trick them into thinking they have won a prize that they will never receive then they are capable of any fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDUALANT COMPANY!!! DO not give these people your money so that they can use it to but more ads that will trick more people. That is what this business thinks of this community, that it is a pool of idiots waiting to be misled. Well show these people that character matters and that when you target a community of people with "technically legal" and knowingly deceptive ads then you aren't welcome to do business here. This is the 3rd known complaint on this issue and they still do it, they know.Business Response

We are sorry that your experience was not what you or we would have wanted. We have reviewed the attached image that you provided and were able to see the part where it explains how the prize piece works. I had a check engine light come on. I called Town Center Nissan, brought the car in and paid the 165$ for a diagnostic. They told me a list of parts needed (Valve Covers, Valve Cover Gaskets, Injectors, and Spark plugs.) I purchased ************* and took them to a mechanic as the fee from Town Center Nissan was extreme. The parts were put on and in less than 1 day the check engine light came back on. When I called town Center Nissan today, they advised me that I would need to pay another diagnostic fee for the same check engine light thats still on!!! What a scam! How many diagnostic charges am I going to have to pay before they actually tell me whats going on? They need to take my car in, do a diagnostic, and tell me what is actually wrong with the car. Or give me my 165$ back.Business Response

We are sorry to hear that you have not had the experience that you would have wanted or that we would have wanted for you to have with your recent service. Unfortunately, you only had us diagnose the issue; you then took the vehicle to a different shop to have them perform the work. While we understand that it can be tempting to have your work performed at a less expensive shop, we also understand that the shop that performed your work is the one responsible for your vehicle not being properly repaired as they are the ones you paid to repair your vehicle. Hopefully the shop that you chose to have perform the work on your vehicle is willing to stand behind the work that you paid them to perform. We are sorry that we cannot stand behind the work of another shop as we have no control over their processes or their people. Best of luck to you in getting the shop that you paid to properly repair your vehicle without further damaging it, we always recommend factory trained technicians when having your vehicle worked on. As there is no fault of Town Center Nissan in this instance, we unfortunately cannot be of any financial assistance in the issue. Please feel free to reach out to our General Manager; ***************************** at the dealership ************* with any questions or concerns you might have in regard to this decision.
