1 starI recently took my 84-year-old mother to Town Center Nissan after she received a flyer that looked like a sweepstakes, leading her to believe she had won $1,000. The flyer had her match pull tabs revealing symbols, which aligned with a prize amount. After calling the number provided and sharing her verification code, she was told she needed to come in person to claim her prize. I suspected this might be a tactic to get customers into the dealership, but my mother was hopeful, so we decided to go.Once there, we were assigned to a sales representative who immediately began promoting cars and deals, rather than addressing her prize. It was clear the goal was to turn this prize claim visit into a sales pitch. Once it was obvious that we werent interested in buying a car, he presented her prizea set of cheap wireless headphones. When I questioned him about the flyer, which had indicated a $1,000 prize based on her symbols, he pointed to a faint, small-print, and confusing disclaimer saying the matched symbols were basically meaningless; the actual prize was determined by the verification ******* my opinion, this sweepstakes tactic feels misleading as people, especially the elderly, could easily be confused by the fine print and implied promises. While others might interpret this approach differently, I believe this marketing crosses a line, creating false hope to lure people in.Review fromDanielle A

My grandmother was scammed by a family member and Nissan of Town Center allowed it to happen. My aunt (grandmothers daughter) and her husband entered Nissan looking to purchase a truck. My grandmother wasnt present during this but the salesmen allowed my aunt to use my grandmothers social security number and my uncles income to purchase said truck. My aunt lied to my grandmother and said she would be co-signing so they would be able to purchase it. The salesmen met my grandmother at ********* at 10pm at night and said sign here, here and here. Exactly one year later, my aunt and her husband quit paying on the truck. Mind you, for the past 12 months they both have been paying on the truck and kept it insured. My grandmother starts getting bills so she asks my aunt whats going on. My aunt then informed her theyre not paying on the truck anymore and that its her problem since its solely in her name. I took my grandmother up to Nissan immediately and they informed us she was the only owner, not co-signer, owner; and that there was nothing they could do for us. How was a 74 year old woman allowed to purchase a ****** truck when shes on SSI and never step foot into the building? I know salesmen love to get ahead and jump at any opportunity that will get them commission but this is absolutely unacceptable!!! Sunny, the salesmen that she met at 10pm at the *********, should have known better and went over everything before getting her to sign. Were currently in the process of taking legal action since Nissan wasnt interested in getting this solved for us.Town Center Nissan

I received a letter in the mail, stating Nissan Toen Center would offer me $5000 over the ***** Blue Book value of my 2019 ***** Fit.Upon arriving, they immediately took me to a cubicle with a desk and asked for my drivers license and insurance card. They made copies of all of it and started inputting all sorts of information about me and my car. When I asked why they needed all the info before looking at my car or showing me what car they might have had on their lot, I got ignored while they continued putting info into their system.Only after I demanded they stopped and got up to leave, they said they would show me what cars they had and would look at my car.The salesman went and huddled with more senior guys on the floor who all looked very uncomfortable when I said I was leaving.I will never go back there and would like to warn any other person wanting to purchase a Nissan to seek a different Nissan dealer.Town Center Nissan

I'm honestly rethinking buying Nissan at this point. I don't know why there isn't a recall for the issue of Nissan cars stalling or not starting randomly for people. If you ****** it, it's EVERYWHERE and with different Nissan cars so not just Altimas! My issue with Nissan Town Center specifically is that I came back to this dealership in November despite not having the best experience the very first time I came here. Because the manager resolved my issue I decided to give them a try because my car cut off on me randomly. I took it to a third party and had a diagnostic run and they told me my mass air flow sensor was going bad. After speaking to ***** in service, I learned that the issue I was having was covered under warranty and I had my car serviced at this particular Nissan. Another diagnostic was run at this dealership and the same code came up for the issue that I was having. I went in under the impression that my mass airflow sensor would be changed out completely because that's what I requested and because it was covered under warranty. I learned today after being on the side of the road this past Saturday AGAIN that the mass air flow sensor just had some codes cleared for and it was NEVER changed out. I am completely ****** that they tried to be slick and clear codes instead of changing something out that's covered under warranty. I guess because I wasn't paying out of pocket and it was covered under warranty they just did what they wanted to do for quick fix in the moment. As a single woman the last place that I want is to be on the side of the road at night in the cold which is exactly what happened. To find out that what I requested was not done is infuriating honestly!! Now I'm told to go and check to find out what my warranties covers as far as towing to see if I can get my car towed to them to find out what the issue is because the car still won't start. Can't they just look that up in the system?? Who has what type of warranty they have memorized?Town Center Nissan

While we appreciate any feedback so that we might be able to grow, it is hard to take much from a person submitting a review with their work email from the Kia ********** they are working at in ***********. It makes it even more difficult when there is no record of any customer with your contact information in our system. If you have any concerns with how you were or are treated at our ********** you can always ask for our General Manager he is at the store most days from 8-7Review fromSteven M

Received a "ShowMe the Prizes" game card brochure in the mail. The back page clearly states that "if you have three matching symbols in a row, to call ************ then enter your confirmation code from address panel above". "then Proceed to Town Center Nissan to Claim your prize." Unfortunately, when you call the number the receptionist answers and tells you that you have to come to their facility and they won't let you enter your code to determine your prize. This is definitely a false advertising scam to try and make people show up. Additionally, the picture codes on ************** don't correlate to what the prize might be. So there is no way of knowing if you one a car or a set of $30 earbuds. (I get these free on Delta Airline flights)I would encourage everyone go boycott Town Clenter Nissan.Town Center Nissan
