            Thank you for your response, however your warranty service is absolutely atrocious. I have attempted to obtain warranty service on my lawnmower since May 22. I have spoken with three individuals from Merotec, each of which stated my case would be "escalated". It wasn't. I sent 5 emails to Merotec and never received a response. However, July 15, I finally received an email advising me to contact ***** at The Lawnmower Shop to make an appointment for repair. In May, I contacted ***** in person. He stated He no longer provided repair service for Yard Force. Upon speaking with ***** on July 16 I was advised to call back in two weeks to arrange an appointment. By the time I call ***** in two weeks a total of three months will have lapsed without the use of a lawnmower. Both my wife and I have medical conditions which are facilitated by the use of a self propelled lawnmower. Not exactly your finest hour.

            I bought a lawn mower from ***'s a yard Force I bought the 3-year warranty 6 months after purchasing I had problems I call Merotech they referred me to a ***************** repair unfortunately because I didn't buy from them ,there is a waiting list until October no opening to check my lawn mower for the next 5months so I'm without a lawn mower due to the fact that there's no service repairman in my area that can repair my lawn mower until then. I would not recommend anyone to buy a lawn mower unless the service is being done where you purchase it and you can get immediately attention so I feel like I've been completely disappointed from the beginning till now and doesn't seem to that anyone cares.
