      I contacted the business about my Yardforce riding mower YF48vRX-RER38 about the battery not charging. They gave me ticket #****** and said they will send me a new battery charger. I contacted them several times by email and received no answer. I called and they gave me a *** tracking number 1ZF2H1980338433425. i contacted *** and they said they had a ticket started 8-29-1924 but gave but have not received the item. I contacted them today and they still do not have the item. I called mirotec and they said it was still in the warehouse. I asked if they could get the status. They said no. I asked if I could contact them. They said no. It's been well over a month and I have not been able to use my moweer.

      Bought one of their mowers and it broke under warranty I was told to take to one of their repair places. I did and it is now 25 days later and still not done. All for cable that they say warehouse was out of. I am paying someone to mow. My sons mower broke cable again 2 days he has part. I had to give repair store ***** pay landscaper for 2 mowings and I feel discriminated against because I am in my eighties and still mowing. I feel company should have sent part right away

      I returned product for not working properly under warranty and was told I had to pay shipping. And I emailed after product was shipped with no responses so I called first call was told being inspected second call a week later told verifying my purchase.

      Purchased Robot mower, detailed below:Home Depot-retailer Receipt above Purchased May ******* - received in 5/19/2023 Amount paid=$1,399.99 RV X4E Submitted a warranty claim as the robot mover appears to stop working. Reached out to the business and was asked to submit information for the mower. Every time I reach out via phone, I am told in 3 days you will get an update via email or call. Yet, no response in over 1 month. I am writing to express my growing frustration regarding my warranty claim for the robot mower. This is my fifth attempt to obtain an update on the status of my claim, and I am yet to receive a satisfactory response.Despite numerous calls and assurances that I would receive a response within a week, it has now been over a month without any communication from your side. This level of service is both unacceptable and unprofessional.Please provide an immediate update on the status of my warranty claim and an explanation for the extended delay. I have provided all requested information from inception of the claim. Unsure why, I have not received a response since 6/11/24.

      Thank you for your response, however your warranty service is absolutely atrocious. I have attempted to obtain warranty service on my lawnmower since May 22. I have spoken with three individuals from Merotec, each of which stated my case would be "escalated". It wasn't. I sent 5 emails to Merotec and never received a response. However, July 15, I finally received an email advising me to contact ***** at The Lawnmower Shop to make an appointment for repair. In May, I contacted ***** in person. He stated He no longer provided repair service for Yard Force. Upon speaking with ***** on July 16 I was advised to call back in two weeks to arrange an appointment. By the time I call ***** in two weeks a total of three months will have lapsed without the use of a lawnmower. Both my wife and I have medical conditions which are facilitated by the use of a self propelled lawnmower. Not exactly your finest hour.

      I purchased a 30V leaf blower from Aldi 3 months ago. The battery recharged once and is now dead. I would like a replacement battery or charger, not sure of the problem. ***lion battery ADBP2002 20V Ah/Wh I no longer have the receipt

      Purchased a Yardforce Mower at ********** on 8/3/24. I used this mower very lightly, not as my primary mower and only occasional use for a few months when I noticed the blade was defective, not aligned properly to the bedknife. Adjustment didn't fix it. I contacted Merotec since I was well within the 12 month warranty period, uploaded all documents to them and was assured the unit would be replaced, only to be later told they would not honor the warranty despite it being a covered item. This was not something caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. I am asking for a replacement.

      This company has failed to replaced a recently purchased item under warranty and respond to customer concerns. I purchased a lawnmower through ******* in March, which order was filled by Merotec. The self-propelled element stopped working in May and I contacted the company. I also contacted ******* for the invoice info. I provided pictures of the serial numbers, the lawn mower as requested and ******* provided sales data, etc. *********** still failed to respond. I called recently and was put on hold for over 15 minutes and then cut off. I called back, had to leave a number, and still was not called back. The lawn mower stopped working altogether.

      The wrong Line Trimmer Part was sent to me. I was supposed to receive the following item: YF120vRX Line Trimmer Cutting Head Guard Looks like I was sent this item by mistake: YF120vRX Line Trimmer Cutting Head. I have emailed support directly and sent messages via my account login on Yardforce site and no one has replied with any update. It has been over two weeks since I reached out. I have even called the parent company Merotec USA and opened a case on it Case # ****** . No one gets back to me with a resolution or path to get resolution other than wait for them to get back to me.

      Purchased a cordless Yard Force blower from ****** in 2022. In early 2024, the battery will not charge. Cannot tell if the problem is the battery or the charger. Emailed Merotec, they replied and asked for photos of the unit and a receipt. I sent the requested items, and waited. I emailed again for information and was told i needed to send a receipt that showed the *** paid. So i copied and pasted the entire receipt (including other items and tax/shipping) and waited. Sent more emails requesting an update, and received no response. I called, left a message and did not get a return call. Called again days later, and the rep said that until i sent what they were asking for (the *** paid!) they were not going to move forward. i asked why they had not told me they were still waiting for information (which i had already sent) and the rep said he did not know. So i sent it AGAIN. The rep confirmed they received it and would send me a replacement. After we hung up, I got an email telling me to return the unit for evaluation. I emailed back, asking if they wanted the battery, the charger or the entire unit, and if they would send a label. Again NO response at all. So it has been over a month, i have a blower that will not charge and terrible customer service. It seems they simply stall and ignore requests. It will obviously cost a lot to ship the entire blower back to the factory, probably not worth it. Warning - do not buy from this company!
