10/08/24 ordered part for pressure washer 10/12/24 emailed they sent wrong part 10/15/2024 and 10/17/24 they kept requesting a photo of item received which I sent twice but he could not see. I requested return label again which I finally got. Said I would not buy their products again. I disputed charge andgot refund from my credit card company. Early Nov they sent another package. I bought a yard force lawn mower from **** Club on 8/22/2022. It came with a 2 yr warranty. I filed a claim with Merotec who is Yard Force and received an approved repair. They sent me to ****** small engine for the repair. During the past 6 weeks I have called Yard Force at ************ and they said they would have a product mgr. call. Not hearing from them I sent an email and the return said someone would call me. I never heard back and called to ask for a replacement. and they said they do not send replacements. I just now called ****** and said all the parts they need all are on backorder. ****** phone is ************. My case number is ******. I contacted the business about my Yardforce riding mower YF48vRX-RER38 about the battery not charging. They gave me ticket #****** and said they will send me a new battery charger. I contacted them several times by email and received no answer. I called and they gave me a *** tracking number 1ZF2H1980338433425. i contacted *** and they said they had a ticket started 8-29-1924 but gave but have not received the item. I contacted them today and they still do not have the item. I called mirotec and they said it was still in the warehouse. I asked if they could get the status. They said no. I asked if I could contact them. They said no. It's been well over a month and I have not been able to use my moweer.Initial Complaint

Bought one of their mowers and it broke under warranty I was told to take to one of their repair places. I did and it is now 25 days later and still not done. All for cable that they say warehouse was out of. I am paying someone to mow. My sons mower broke cable again 2 days he has part. I had to give repair store ***** pay landscaper for 2 mowings and I feel discriminated against because I am in my eighties and still mowing. Purchased Robot mower, detailed below:Home Depot-retailer Receipt above Purchased May ******* - received in 5/19/2023 Amount paid=$1,399.99 RV X4E Submitted a warranty claim as the robot mover appears to stop working. Reached out to the business and was asked to submit information for the mower. Every time I reach out via phone, I am told in 3 days you will get an update via email or call. Yet, no response in over 1 month. I am writing to express my growing frustration regarding my warranty claim for the robot mower. This is my fifth attempt to obtain an update on the status of my claim, and I am yet to receive a satisfactory response.Despite numerous calls and assurances that I would receive a response within a week, it has now been over a month without any communication from your side. This level of service is both unacceptable and unprofessional.Please provide an immediate update on the status of my warranty claim and an explanation for the extended delay. Thank you for your response, however your warranty service is absolutely atrocious. I have attempted to obtain warranty service on my lawnmower since May 22. I have spoken with three individuals from Merotec, each of which stated my case would be "escalated". It wasn't. I sent 5 emails to Merotec and never received a response. However, July 15, I finally received an email advising me to contact ***** at The Lawnmower Shop to make an appointment for repair. In May, I contacted ***** in person. He stated He no longer provided repair service for Yard Force. Upon speaking with ***** on July 16 I was advised to call back in two weeks to arrange an appointment. By the time I call ***** in two weeks a total of three months will have lapsed without the use of a lawnmower. Both my wife and I have medical conditions which are facilitated by the use of a self propelled lawnmower. Not exactly your finest hour.Initial Complaint

Purchased a Yardforce Mower at ********** on 8/3/24. I used this mower very lightly, not as my primary mower and only occasional use for a few months when I noticed the blade was defective, not aligned properly to the bedknife. Adjustment didn't fix it. I contacted Merotec since I was well within the 12 month warranty period, uploaded all documents to them and was assured the unit would be replaced, only to be later told they would not honor the warranty despite it being a covered item. This was not something caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. I am asking for a replacement.
