    Top Turf tried to tell me I had dollar spot and wanted to charge me to come out and show me where. When they finally came out, they admitted that I was correct (no dollar spot). They also failed to knock on my door before service as I had requested and they had agreed to do, and failed to provide details about what they were applying. The final straw was when they left my gate open and my dogs got loose.

    Our second year using top turf unfortunately our lawn has never looked worse. Massive amount of weeds all over and dead spots. I have called 2 times now and no resolution. I have the worst looking lawns on the block.

    The top turf number called my cell phone and hung up. I answered by saying my name, they repeated it and hung up. The phone number was ************., prank call.

    I have been using this company for several years with no problems. Just recently, a representative came to provide service without calling and has not been sending invoices. When we receive a call or invoice, a late fee is added. I have contacted them several times to explain that an invoice was not sent but I had no problem paying if they would send it. They refuse to take off the late fees unless I authorize them to deduct the amount from my account. Unfortunately, I do not do business with them that way, so I canceled the service.Thank you!

    Had services done on 9-11-23. This time, the techs did a good jobI watched them out of every window. The last time, a different tech knocked over the figurine in my flower garden and half-way tried to stand it back up. I watched closely this time and even recorded them for proof because they were about to get fired.

    A careless Top ********* Care technician rammed our aluminum fence in multiple locations with their aerator machine in April 2023, resulting in multiple dents and scrapes, and a gate that will not close properly. The technician did not mention the damage to us before he left our property. The following week, we contacted Top turf and spoke with *********************, who apologized and asked us for a quote to repair the fence. We provided a quote from a fence company. Top turf never responded to the quote. A month later, Top Turf sent out their own technician to ***** the damage. We pointed out multiple areas where the damage had occurred. After the assessment, we did not hear from them for another two months. My wife ultimately called and spoke with *****, who stated that we were exaggerating, and that the damaged fence does not need to be repaired. He stated that the fence is old and dents are common in old fences, not knowing that the fence is less than five years old. He told my wife that he would call us back and never did. I am now unable to get a hold of *****, since he is "not at his desk" every time I call. And If I try from a different number, I get patched through, then sent back, asked 20 questions by another employee, then sent to voicemail. Top Turf will not take responsibility for their actions and will weasel their way out of fixing the problems they create. You learn a lot about a person by the business they run. Clearly ethics in business mean nothing to *****, nor Top Turf. ***** should act like a business owner and leader and address the people who have an issue with his company instead of hiding behind his employees and his answering machine like a coward.

    The worse Lawn Service company on the market!Hey *** I call your attention to your 100% guaranteed shield. Let's see the shield states 5 stars, we give your lawn care services a 1 star only because there isn't a ZERO STAR to select. You state 100% guaranteed, I am waiting on FULL REFUND, you state locally, that is it, you state friendly, anything but friendly, as soon as you show your techs the problem they go into defense mode but now I see many others have had similar experiences by the number of poor reviews. You personally hide behind your computer like a typical salesman, you must be very proud of your work accomplishments. Hold that shield up proudly because you have let down yet another customer, false advertising and poor ********************** delivery!!!!

    The damage to the lawn is indeed unfortunate, but none of it was caused by anything Top Turf did. As multiple representatives have attempted to explain on multiple service calls and conversations, this lawn is saturated with water from poor drainage. The freezing weather in December caused irreparable damage to the roots and crowns of the turf when the water saturated soil froze. The damage to this lawn occurred long before we ever set foot on the property in February. The lawn was dormant at that time, and the freeze damage could not have been noticed until later in the spring when it was time for the turf to begin greening up.The customer has requested a refund for the paid services we have provided this year. We will certainly do so because there was never really any turf to work with from the beginning. It was damaged long before our services were engaged.

    I find your response at best comical as you never once mentioned this in any reports. Your service guys, used the same repetitive statement, "give it a year" so to me you were just looking to take money with no true intentions of correcting a problem that you 100% created. As a matter of fact your last *************** didn't even know about the services already performed ehen he came out and was offering more if the same, completely unprepared. After reading through all the reviews of your company I see that I'm not the 1st and certainly won't be the last as it appears you folks make a living trashing beautiful lawns. The excuse you used in the text chain doesn't correspond with the areas of the lawn you mentioned or showed as those areas look fine. You mention water and terrain, yet every neighbors lawn around me looks great with the same terrain and weather haha, 100% because they didn't use your service. Let's face it, end of the day, and confirmed by another lawn care company your incorrectly distributed lawn chemicals that burnt my lawn, it had absolutely nothing to do with water and freezing temperatures just the fact that you are using this excuse shows the lack of your knowledge in your own related field. Your companies communication is poor, the people you sent out extremely unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. I have a complete file of before and after photos to prove or ridiculous theory incorrect. Your company certs should be pulled and your application of critical chemicals is very harmful as I witnessed first hand.

    I used this company for my lawn. When they treated my lawn it was terrible and worse than when they started. Produced weeds where there was none originally. They said they didnt know why and came back and did a quick treatment that resulted in even worse conditions. When I talked to personnel he was very rude and didnt want to hear about the complaints. Do not use this company they will s**** your lawn up and then discontinue service because they can get it together. Very unprofessional I wish I could chose a negative five stars

    Do Not use this company. I had been suspecting barely if anything was being put on my yard. Well today I caught them. The 1st thing they do is put the stake in, put the **** on the door, & would have left if I hadnt have walked out to get the ****. Then he pushed the spreader across my yard and 1/2 way down the side did same to neighbor & left. Less than 10 min total on 2 houses. I called the main office she said shed have them come back & do it right. Im like no he saw me on the porch & knows I know what he did. I dont want him coming back here ever. She basically told me they dont get punished for this unethical work ethics & never acknowledged anything was done wrong except he didnt put enough product on. Really ; a tiny L line is all he did in my yard. I then realized the corporate practice must be do as many yards as you can with no product & if they call back then actually do what you are getting paid for. Great way to save ************** people if you are that kind of Company. I told the manager you cancel my acct I do not associate with businesses that cheat people this is absolutely one of the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of throwing my money in the trash with. If I could give Top Turf a zero I would. They were never professional. From the beginning you are forced to do the automatic pay. Then when they come out (even the 1st time) no one comes to the door to introduce themselves. They definitely do not ever ring the door **** like most companies Ive had do letting you know they are there, and now I know why.
