      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS. THEY DO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS THE SAME WAY. THE ***** WILL NOT CARE ABOUT ANY DAMAGE HIS TECHNICIANS DO TO YOUR PROPERTY!Top Turf technician BROKE MY GATE and left w/o telling me or REPORTING it. He just "propped it up) and I just happen to discover it myself. Thank God I checked bc my 3 dogs could have got out! Called Cust. ********************** and the girl acted condescending/like she could care less. I was expecting a manager/owner to call me but NO ONE EVER CALLED. I called to get a credit on my account for that days service and asked for my gate to be repaired ASAP. I realized then I was speaking to the owner. Not once did he call me on his own or personally apologize. I was just told a guy would come on Saturday to fix it. So I made plans to be at home for the repairs. 10MINS before the guy is scheduled to be here, he calls and explains he was only told to ask about the damage, not fix the gate. He said he need to call his manager and never called me back. I called again on Monday to talk to the ***** a 2nd time!! And I specifically requested the guy who called me on Saturday to NOT be the guy to make the repairs because he admitted he didn't know what he was doing or how to fix the gate!I wake up to phone call at 8:30AM and the same guy I said to not send, the owner sends!! The guy came unprepared (as expected) and apologized and said he would try to help me but then said he didn't have a saw and didn't realize what all he needed to do in order to fix it. And since no one scheduled this work with me (they just show up), I could not be outside to supervise his unexperienced work bc of a meeting. I immediately called the company, got a manager on the call (the owner was in a meeting) and explained to him that I would be getting someone to make the repairs MYSELF and I will be sending them the ****. If they don't pay this **** and cancel my auto draft, I will be getting lawyers involved. Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      The owner promptly paid an outside contractor to repair my gate and in a timely manner. I want to make it known that I never had any complaints about my yard. Top Turf had my yard/ grass weed free and the grass was like walking on carpet and I have dogs!Update: April 2023 I have decided to reinstate my lawn service with Top Turf after a year of not using their service. They offered a generous discount to sign me back up. I obliged. I am hoping I wont have any issues. But Im excited to get my lawn looking beautiful again.
