This started in Oct, the bank denying my initial financing at a 17% APR rate, I was essentially forced into accepting a 13% APR on my loan, ****** told me if you dont sign this new contract Im going to force the 17% contract through. On February 28, when I returned to the dealership for an oil change on my 2024 Toyota Corolla. I was pressured into trading my car for another onepromised that the new vehicle was almost identical to my current one, only with different seats, model, and color. Things quickly escalated from there. I was not allowed to test-drive the new car on the road because they assured me I "would just love it." I was told to park my current car next to the new one and remove my belongings. However, after purchasing the car, I realized it lacked certain features I had specifically wanted. I was never informed about the higher price of the new vehicle until after the deal had been closed. In a panic, I emailed the dealership and called within 30 minutes to request a return, but I received no response. When I later visited the dealership in person we spoke to a sales associate named ******. Rather than offering any resolution, ****** insulted me by saying, If you're still insuring that old car, you're stupid, because you're not getting it back. After this, I asked to speak with the higher manager, but he refused to come in, leaving ****** to handle the situation. The sales associate admitted that the issue was caused by a lack of communication but her manager still refused to accept responsibility and take the car back.I filed a complaint with Toyotas corporate office. Because the dealership is privately owned, they claimed they couldnt do much to intervene. I was told Id receive a call back within one business day, but as of today three days later no one has reached out. When I called corporate again, ****** lied, saying it had been over a week since my complaint, which was not true; my car was purchased on 02/28, and today is only 03/04.

Purchased 2024 Toyota Crown car from Stone Mountain Toyota on July *******. On July ******* I returned to the dealer and cancelled the unaware of warranties on the car since I decided to pay cash for the car. Unfortunately, the finance department didnt put through my request in a timely manner for the cancellation. I paid off finance company for the car in August 2024 and the warranties were canceled by the warranty companies and money refunded to Stone Mountain Toyota. Stone Mountain Toyota is giving me the run around and telling me lies and refusing to send the refund back to me or the ***** company to be credited to my account. I am still paying a monthly payment on the warranty amounts because I did went in a contract with the finance company. I am requesting assistance from you to ask Stone Mountain Toyota to refund the warranty amounts to me or the finance company. What I was told would take 8 weeks is now taking 6 months and I this causing financial stress on me.

I brought my vehicle in to replace a tire because of a nail. An employee ran my vehicle into a pole. I was promised it would be fixed, which it was attempted, but it is not in its original condition. The workmanship is poor. I have written the service manager and the general manager with no resolution. I need proper compensation for my vehicle, including diminished value.

Week prior to needing my emissions done mt Toyota Tacoma threw a code. Took the truck to a local mechanic to have the code read (also did this at work with a reader) and have the issue fixed. Each time the truck was tested, it coded for an Upstream O2 Sensor. I had this replaced and the code cleared but immediately I had issues with the truck. The idle was erratic, the truck runs terribly if given any gas, whether to accelerate with traffic, accelerate to pass another vehicle or to simple leave a parking space. Since my wife was planning to buy a new Toyota from Stone Mountain Toyota and our families have bought Toyotas for 4 generations, I decided to have them fix my truck and look at new vehicles with my wife while we were there. They had my truck for THREE WEEKS. NEV** did they replace the Upstream O2 Sensor or even test it. Always a chance the mechanic that replaced it didn't use an OEM sensor or used the wrong one or it perhaps it was simply faulty. During this three weeks, I ended up in the ** and once released realized I can't replace my own brakes. Since they still had my truck, I called and asked them to do the front brakes and was told (over the phone) it was an additional $250. Eventually received a text that the truck was ready. Paid for an **** to get there and went to the service desk. No line, but it took 30 minutes and a couple phone calls to find the paperwork, which didn't have the brakes on it; just labor. I asked to me sure at least the brakes had been done and was assured that they had. Before leaving I noted that on the front wheels, the brake hadn't been disturbed (it's a dirty work truck). Before I even got home it was beyond apparent that no, the braked had NOT been touched. It also was beyond evident that I was lied to on the phone when I was told it was "running WAY better"; truck barely runs, cannot be driven on the hwy, cannot pass other vehicles safely and is honestly scary to even drive due to the idling and worry over damage.

I went to Stone Mountain Toyota on 05/23 to discuss trading in my 2014 ****** Altima. I went to look at a 2015 ************ and a 2016 ***** Malibu. I was told the Malibu couldnt pass inspection and was still in ** so was no longer available. I was shown the impala as well as a 2016 ******* Sonata. After careful consideration I decided upon the impala. I discussed my terms as far as how much I was wanting to pay a month. After the salesperson ******** discussed with financing I was told for 66 months my payment would be 421 a month. This was more than I was wanting to pay since I stated I wanted to pay 300 a month or less. However considering my credit isnt the best I agreed. I was also told that the car came with a 2 year warranty, therefore there was no need to purchase an extended warranty as the extended warranty takes place the day you purchase. Since it takes place the day it is purchased I would essentially be paying for 2 years when I already had 2 already, so I declined. 06/14 I was running errands and and the impala broke down. The car was limp and didnt want to move as well as lights lit up on the dashboard. I had the car towed to the dealer. Upon getting there they told me there was nothing they could do it wasnt their issue since I now own the vehicle. I advised them it has been less than 30 days since purchased. The manager stated he could trade the car out for something else. After hours on 06/15 they told me they could give me a 2020 ****** Sentra. Not only did this raise my payment per month but at no point did they discuss me with what the options were even after I told them which cars I was willing to trade for. With much agression they continued to tell me I had no choice this was my only option if I dont take this offer I would be without a vehicle. Not only did they run my credit again and went with a different lender they raised my payment and told me to take it or leave it knowing I wouldnt have a way to get to work. I was scammed

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry from Stone Mountain Toyota in October 2023 and they let me drive off the lot thinking everything went through with the sale. I paid ******* for my down payment, but the paperwork didn't go through on the purchase for the car. I never received a phone call or nothing from them stating this matter instead they had someone to come out two months later and tow the car back to the dealership and that's when I found that the sale didn't go through. No communication from them at all. I went to the dealership trying to get every thing straightened out to only found out that they sold the car and would not give me back my down payment. I received no documentations on the car once they sold it to me. They knew that the sale didn't go through why let me drive off the lot with a car and keep my down payment. They are telling me that I am responsible for the tow fees,,,, Why? I am not responsible for their mishap. They need to do better with their service and communication. Their mistake but I'm paying for it. No one should have to go through an ordeal such as this. All i want is my money back!
