Stone Mountain Toyota auto service center is the worst shop to service your car. I am the owner of a Toyota Camry and I took my car if Stone Mountain Toyota for service. They have replaced several parts needlessly and telling me that each board needs to be replaced to do somewhere in the cause of a clicking sound which caused by occlusion. Five different parts was replaced but did not correct the problem. I wrote the letter to general Manager, Mr. ********* and emailed the service manager, Mr. ****** whenever received a response back. I took my car to another Toyota dealership and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem it cost me more than $3,000. I will take him to court to refine my money. I requested for refund promise Stone Mountain Toyota but I never received a response back. I will take him to court. *** P. ********* *******

I'm only giving a star because there is not an option to give zero. I purchased a 2021 Kia ******** December 27th. Just a week into the new year, I noticed there was something wrong with the transmission. I called the service department, and they were incredibly rude about not servicing that vehicle, because they were a toyota dealership. Even though I purchased the car there. They told me I had to call the *** dealership. When I talked to my salesman, he told me to try to put some transmission fluid in it.. Long story short this vehicle needs a new transmission, new back breaks, and all of the filters we're absolutely disgusting, which I did see. Thank goodness. I purchased the warranty for maintenance, because this is a ******* issue. I spoke to the general manager ***** Pain. Wow what a complete and utter a****** I told him if there are issues with a vehicle that they should have at least been disclosed to me. He told me they don't know everything that's wrong with these vehicles when they are sold. And they are sold as is. I told him there was no inspection done on this vehicle!! The *** dealership, I brought it to, basically confirmed that as well. I literally had the vehicle for 4 days, when I noticed the issue, there was no way somebody did not notice this if they did what they were supposed to do. Also, the oil pan was never sealed properly, and it was leaking oil badly. I asked the general manager if they could at least pay for my deductible. He told me that was just not going to happen, and basically hung up the phone on me. What a great guy. Incredibly unethical is my opinion. My suggestion don't go here..... ever. Unless you can have someone look over the vehicle before you purchase it. 0 star review!!!!

Storm Mountain Toyota is not an honest business. Its more like a street market in ******* Teamwork of Liars and cheaters Salesman supervisor, and manager work together to cheat you bought a 2020 truck online told me that its in excellent condition past the inspections of Toyota certified mechanics They charge me $500 non-refundable deposit I flew to there salesman promised to pick me never happened. I took a taxi I took the truck for a test drive with the salesman wanted to go to the highway, but he-told Its impossible so I drove around the dealership. They charged me in advance $1123 for mechanical inspections charge me an extra $500 State tax brought that to their attention. told me can do anything I asked to for a copy of the mechanical inspection Didnt have it I was ready to make the payment and leave they make me wait 3 hours. Salesman was going back-and-forth to his supervisor and manager seems looking to cover their a** Finally, made the payment. before I left. told me no guarantee on this truck.driving back home (7 hours away) on the highway transmission jerking badly and shuddering all the way home.went to a dealership in my town, told me that there is a problem with the torque converter transmission has a serious problem I called next day to speak to a manager. Finally got his email. Send them an email never heard from him.Ive used dealerships in the past many times Never believed that they can act like that under Toyota dealership I sent a complaint to the Toyota customer service. They were very polite and nice, but Did not want to get involved I tried to send them copy of my receipt and the of the Mechanical reports but they did not want to get involved?I have no doubt that they knew about the problem with the transmission, but never notify me. They also told me they bought this truck from a customer and I found out later on that they actually bought it from an auction I really suggest just stay away from this dealership

Alert to customers. Before you pay for a service repair, please get a second opinion. Last week I brought my car for an ** diagnostic and the advisor told me that I needed to replace the ** compressor with parts Conex. The estimate was about $3000 included labor. I paid the diagnostic fee $199. I took my car to independent mechanic and the problem was quite simple. It was just the radiator fan relay that needed to be replaced. I bought the part and fixed my car ** just for $26. Some of these people are just scammer. You bring the car for one problem and they add multiple problems just to make money. Be careful!

I went to Toyota Stone Mountain because its close to were I live. I bought a used Toyota tundra price was 31,00 plus tax. I ask the dealer for the car fax because I wanted to make sure the car had no accidents. They didnt want to give me the car fax. They said will get it ready for you in a min. Waited for that never got it. Once I went to finance to finish the paper work for the car the finance manager fransua put ***** dollars toward my car just in warranties. With out my consent I did t check papers because I trusted this guy he seem like a nice guy. Once I left the dealer. The finance manger call me a week later he told me that I was bad person because I left without giving him a down payment I told him that I ask 4 times if we were done he told me yes everything is finish. He told me insulted me and wife telling us we were not honest people because he made a mistake of not collecting the down payment. Later that day I pay the Dow payment. And than I stared reviewing the contract and found out he put 8k of just warranties with out telling me when I confront him he told me he i thought u didnt wanted to know about that. I told him its 8k more. I need that to be removed it took them 3 months to removed the warrantys and 3 trips to Toyota and many calls to the finance manger and there supervisor that to be honest they were dishonest and rude on how they treated me. I would never go back to this dealership. Buyer be aware when buying a car from them. They try to be sneaky with out you being aware of.

WATCH YOUR BACK. TOYOTA deception! They sold us a third party ************* (Stone Mountain in *******) 4 oil changes for ******** (plus 3 tire rotations which already is free when you purchase tires.) They used a code to disguise the 7 services while they tell you what is being covered so later on you will forget what they said the code stands for. Everyone knows it takes hours to make a purchase and when you go after work its brutal. Who knew that Toyota allows deceptive practices crying its an Independent dealer and are ok with it. Nobody disclosed this ************* was a third party product. Why when Toyota has their own *************? WATCH YOUR BACK.

Feb 14 **** Today my wife and I were just looking at Stone Mountain Toyota -a sales member named *********************** came out to greet us. We let him know we were just looking. He asked if we had any questions and I said I did not. We continued browsing. He went and got his card and let us know about the referral bonus and I asked where the Tacoma trucks were. He said he would walk us down there. We were having a conversation during the walk and I let him know I am not a impulse buyer anymore and would not be purchasing today, which after that his attitude changed. I pointed out a truck and asked the price. He said he would have to go inside and get it. I said no problem, and we walked back up to the front and he said have a nice day. I then asked are you not going to get the price? and he replied with NO your not buying today so NO. I cannot believe Toyota training is like this. As a manager myself I would not tolerate this behavior especially in sales and to potential customer. This behavior is a poor reflection of Toyota and ***** needs to be in a different profession. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO TO STONE MTN TOYOTA-STAY AWAY..

Dont come here for service! I came in here originally because my light came on for the 25k service. This is for a 2021 Toyota Camry TRD. *** told on the phone it would be for a tire rotation and oil change would not happen until 32k. Ive been sitting her almost 2 hours when the service tech ************************* calls me on the phone stating I need a new battery and have Ive been having issues. Of course not! Then I asked for it to be tested and they then tell me that they had to crank it to do the oil change. No battery test was performed in front of me. Again this is a two year car and nothing has been left on in the car. No alert given for the battery. I will not be back here and just drive further to where I originally purchased the car. Total time is over 3 hours!! I called Toyota **************** center since I was charged $182.29 for a battery which is covered under the warranty of my car as I only had for 2 years and not even reached 36k miles. *** told by the representative that the battery was covered under warranty and should be reimbursed! I tried calling the Service Manager but voicemail is full ?? but I will be getting my money back from these crooks!

*** made an inappropriate comment in front of my family and should be fired immediately. The fact that he's employed here reflects poorly not on this location but all Toyota dealerships.
