    I was sent the wrong size and only received a partial refund instead of the purchase price minus the shipping. I returned the items within a couple of days after receiving them and should have been shipped the correct size or at least my full refund. Will not order from them again.**************

    I cant give them a star. The bra actually has no cups. They are scratchy. They sent a replacement but when they too didnt work they only offered 50% off. BE AWARE!

    Rating of -5 stars. This is a masked company in *****. Their products are poorly sized. The 38DD bras I ordered would barely fit a 38A. I saw the *******, ** address and thought it was an ******** company. I suspected it was ******* when I received notice my package had cleared Customs. Please require more transparent information from these companies. Even better, dont allow them to do business here.

    I, too, ordered a bra from Lanna Closet. It didn't fit. I emailed seller and they asked me some size-fit related questions. The said to keep the bra and they'd send another (for a $4.99 additional charge) that they believed would fit. I agreed and authorized the $4.99 payment.Received 2nd bra; Fit was worse.They refused to give me a refund, and instead offered to give me a 40% discount on future orders. Other than bras, there are only 4 items for sale on their website.And check out the address -- it's a private home!SCAM, SCAM, SCAM .... and they sell under at least one other name!

    I ordered 3 bras and they are not Great as they said. I ordered in medium, Im size 4 and they are super small for the size. They advertise them as great for a full figure but thats not the case. They are too tight and my b**** are super compressed and make my breast look flat. Sizes are not for full figure, Im size 4 with small frame.Dont buy them is waste of money.**********

    I made a purchase of 2 bras from Lannas Closet in hopes theyd be as good as they advertised them to be. Unfortunately when I received them they didnt live up to their expectation. The bras offer almost no support, theyre worse than a sports bra. I reached out to return them and I was told I cannot return them, they deem my reason of not liking the product a good enough reason to refund me and accept a return. I was even going to be willing to pay return shipping, but still nothing. LANNAS CLOSET IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Its cheap Chinese garbage anyways.

    Absolutely do not recommend. This product is terribly cheap manufacturing, did not fit well (even the customer service rep that I emailed with said that changing the size would only make one of the problem areas even worse), and when I asked for a refund, they said best they could do was 20% refund or a discount on other products. I was worried this would be a rip off. Should have gone with my gut.
