I ordered from this company on July 25, 2023 for her hair oil. I seen her business on TikTok @ilovemyhairco . To this day, I have never received my order. *** asked for a refund multiple times, through email and text. *** even went far as commenting on her TikToks. They responded to my multiple emails saying shes going to ship them out, but I never received a tracking number or ANYTHING. I believe shes a scam, because I started to see other comments of people asking for their order, that they also didnt receive. I just want my money back, *** tried every way to contact her which she has contacted back. But still didnt send my order or refund. Ive tried everything, so my last try is to report it to BBB. Maybe you all will get a response from her. Thank you. Im going to attach pictures that I do have, but my phone did get stolen earlier this year, so I dont have the screenshots from my old number and email.Initial Complaint

First order number was *****. She made a new website and said to reorder on the new website so the new number is *****. I have reached out to her several times with her saying that my refund or order is in the way. Be on the look out. It has been a year been of patience with her. I ordered with this company on April *******. I never received that order number *****. I got message to order on the new website then placed new order on new website order number *****. I also spoke with her on 10/23 via FaceTime/phone and placed another order and she stated my package would be shipped after not receiving a tracking number after 2wks! i reached out to her again on Nov.13 and a tracking number was given but that order has been in pre shipment since that date. I emailed customer service and was informed that it will be shipping soon and that was last month never received an update or tracking number. I contacted customer service again and no response this time and I havent received an update or anything can you please inform me on whats goin on it has been 235 days since my original ********* have yet to receive an order r any update
